Disappointed isn't a strong enough word. We were really excited to try and stopped by to grab a to-go order. We ordered a party pack of boneless wings (40 for $60). Despite coming with 16 breadsticks (would have happily left them off for a reduced price tbh), the price felt high for a set amount of wings. But I'll get back to that. Service was okay, she was nice enough but seemed bored/indifferent because it was slow. The restaurant looks nice and clean.. but the stools and chairs are plastic made to look like real seats? Really weird and uncomfortable. The food is well packaged. I wish we'd opened it up to see what was inside because I would have asked for my money back right there. These are not boneless wings. They are just huge chunks of chicken breast (2" at least). They were dry (I'm sure from having to be cooked so long to actually cook through) and while one set was swimming in sauce, the other two were barely coated. The breading was soggy. I don't know why they don't just have decent boneless wings by the pound because 40 boneless wings sounds great until you realize it's just three enormous chicken breasts cut into huge, inedible pieces. Even if they have better bone-in wings, if you're a WINGS restaurant, your boneless wings shouldn't be this bad. And the sixteen "breadsticks"? They're just dry rolls of bread. Again, size isn't everything. I'd rather have a smaller, edible breadstick. We spent over $70 and the only thing I liked was the carrots and celery. read more

Walked in to the restaurant, was empty, but the cashier greeted us with a smile, took our order then proceeded to the back to make our food. A gentleman and his son walked in a few minutes later and the worker came from the back and took there order and returned to the back to continue making the food. The worker came out with our food and we asked him if he was there alone and he said yes. Just to let you know he did a great job, kept his composure the whole time. Well after a year or more I decided to try this place because I am a fan of wings. I tried the honey bbq traditional wings. They were alright, the sauce was both Smokey and sweet, a combination I'm not fond of. Somebody dropped the salt box in the fries, they were inedible. My carrots and celery were dry, they should be cut up and floating in a water bath to keep them from drying out. The bread sticks were okay, I ate them both. I will try the buffalo wings next time! I always give a new restaurant more than one chance to get it right! read more

Amazing cooked to order wings and the bread is buttery goood. We have never had a single complaint about the food. The wait, however, is a hot mess. Expecting to be greeted or have our order taken in a timely manner seems to be an outrageous expectation. The staff often seems overwhelmed, and the tables tend to be taken up by people awaiting to-go orders, leaving little room for eat-in patrons. Once, we had to share a table with another couple, and twice my husband and I have walked out without even ordering, because we got tired of waiting to place our order. My husband says we aren't going back and that three strikes means Epic Wings is out. so i found this place by looking for great reviews on chicken wings because i am from buffalo, ny. and i am very particular about the way my wings are cooked as well as the size of my wings so when i see people in the reviews saying good choice they made by coming here i figured i give a try since i am new to the area. when my husband and i walked in the cashier was very friendly so my husband says crispy on the wings because we are from buffalo and we like our wings cooked extra crispy! we could tell she was not familiar with the history of the buffalo wing so i explained to her once again we like our wings crispy and we only eat blue cheese because we originated buffalo wings. she still was a little confused i imagine because she was too young to care about the history of the wings even tho the place itself has a story of how they came from ny and was the first to introduce buffalo wings to the west coast. i ordered my wings to go they smelled very delicious while cooking my husband and i waited for about 20 minutes for the wings to be prepared. a lady came over to the table we were waiting at and gave us the bag we were very excited to take the wings so we could find out if we found a taste of home. well after getting them home we dug to find very very large wings and not crispy at all. what a letdown! they turned my stomach i tried to just eat a few but they were not eatable for me. at first, i wanted to just say it wasn't the first time i had bad wings. but i was very hungry still and two i and most importantly i paid $47.39 for twenty-four wings. so i called epic wings to explain my wings were not cooked as i ordered. them i spoke with whom i believe is the owner of this establishment i told her the whole story of her cashier and she said yes i am the one who gave you the bag and i am sorry. she proceeds to ask me if she can take my number because she had customers coming in and she wanted to talk it over with her husband. i gave her my number she called back after a couple of minutes and she offered to remake my order and give me smaller wings i explained i was no longer interested in the wings because my stomach was turned after pulling on the first wings that wasn't cooked to my liking. i told her i would return the wings she said ok but also offered to cook something else like chicken fingers which i don't eat so i said no thanks i just would like to return the wings. she said ok, i get back there and she come from behind the counter to meet me i gave her the bag then she says we don't give refunds but i will still give you a signed receipt saying you can get a complementary oder next time. i had half of my to stand there argue with her to show me where the return policy says no cash refunds but instead, i took the signature on the receipt as proof to dispute it on my credit card. so with all that being said only thing that came out of this was a epic fail. !!! because once i drove back over there i saw a burger king across the street and because i was still hungry, i stopped in there to grab a cheeseburger. that also was a fail because the burger was cold! read more
