Delicious food! The eggs Benedict was great. My friend got the California breakfast burrito and really liked it. The service was good and very attentive. The seating area was pretty nice. We went at around 9:30 and had no issue getting a seat but it seemed to get pretty busy at around 11. They also had a good amount of vegetarian options and some vegan options. read more

Stopped by on way to football and pleased we did. I had chicken fried steak, wife had eggs benedict and both were good and plentiful. Only minor complaint were breakfast potatoes as they would have benefitted from a little longer in the pan at higher heat to crisp up. We just checked this place out for the first time since it switched over from being the Egg and I. We went on a late Sunday morning expecting a wait but got a table right away. Ordered the Epic Egg this morning for take out. The folks that answered the phone and took my order were the nicest around, even making sure I knew how to get there. They estimated 15 minutes to pick up our food and were absolutely spot on with the guess. Once I arrived, our order was ready and waiting, and again, the employee behind the counter was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was in order and ready for us. We got our food home and everything was hot and fresh and just as we ordered. This was our first visit at the Epic Egg, but we look forward to going back and trying something else on the menu. Please dont waste your time. My food was horrible. It wasn't as presented in the menu. My sandwich had one little slice of tomatoe that wasn't much larger than a quarter. There was no cheese. I waited for 15. min to get my waitress and finally went to the kitchen and asked for her. When I sent it back, they argued with me. Oh the 3 little sprinkles of cheese were hidden under the tiny tomato slice. Clearly they are having management/money issues and were cutting back on ingredients. My friends sandwich was burned. She asked for light mayo and they added extra and put none on mine. Silverware and glasses were dirty. I arrived at lunch time and only 3 people came in during my whole stay. Obviously the locals have heard how horrible it is and are staying away. Maybe the other location is better. But trust me and skip this at all costs. My mom and I decided to have breakfast out this morning and saw this restaurant on our way to a major chain so stopped here instead. It reminded me a lot of Egg & I, but with more options. The food was great. However, we noticed that the waitress had charged us double for coffee. When I pointed that out to her, she said "Oh, did I? Okay I'll fix that." So she took the bill off the table. When she returned in a minute, she said: "Oh, I charged you twice because you both had coffee." We didn't. My mom didn't even have a coffee mug. She had a half-full glass of water. I had coffee and a LOT of the tiny creamers because that's the way I like coffee. Anyway. I let her know all that. I was a little surprised then when she brought the "fixed" bill back again and had just removed the detail slip but the price had not changed at all. Whatever. We just paid and left. Sandwiched between a seven hour drive from Salt Lake and another eight hour drive to Kansas ahead of us, we made Epic Egg our food oasis at the halfway junction. My family includes four boys between nine and seventeen so we come ready to eat and Epic Egg met expectations. For some reason my boys all picked sweet options, big waffles and pancakes which they all enjoyed. I loved my Cowboy skillet. Kept me full through until late afternoon. Sooooo good. They have so many options for breakfast. All very unique. They have pina colada waffles (yes!); strawberry heaven pancakes with a delicious vanilla creme and even avocado toast. This restaurant has gone downhill since they were Egg and I. I have tried them several times, and have been disappointed every time. The food is generally good (but not always hot and sometimes small portions). From the first time I tried them and they put butter on a vegan dish, to this last time (they don't require masks so how can I trust them with any Covid safety measures), they have been a big disappointment. This review is epic egg on 10th in Greeley.!We have eaten at egg and I for 25 years and when it became Epic egg we have enjoyed their food and service ever since. Last week we were in on Sunday for breakfast and ordered a bottle of champagne. In the past 2 times we were able to take home the remainder of the champagne that we could not finish between the two of us . That changed when one of the employees can out of the restaurant saying we could not take an opened bottle of corked champagne. We told them int past we were allowed and okayed by manager. We asked to speak with manager but spoke with manager's daughter and she said we could not leave restaurant with our corked bottle. We asked for a to go cup as do other establishments allow for take out and she wouldn't do that. My husband checked Colorado liquor laws and it contradicts what she did. read more

My husband and I love this place! We are always greeted by warm smile and quick service! The hostess often asks us which area we want to sit in. Every table has two mugs and silverware ready to use. Food was subpar, as well as the service. My husband and I felt rushed when ordering. On the food aspect, it was cold and just.....not good. My husband ordered the 'boss bacon' and damn near choked to death because it was so caked in chili flakes. Inedible to say the least. We used to visit this place fairly regularly when it was called The Egg and I, and thought it was a very decent restaurant. We visited recently after it became Epic Egg, and frankly were a bit disappointed. The Huevos Rancheros used to cover the entire (large) plate and were very good - I actually preferred their dish to many Mexican restaurants. Now, it's a rather small and unsatisfying dish, although it tasted pretty good. And they really are skimping on the potatoes - my wife's plate had more white showing than food. Potatoes are cheap, guys, for the price per plate you could really load up a bit there and at least it would look like a good value. read more

OK so I have given this place three chances, very quick turn of staff, they seem to be they seem to be uneducated about the products very slow to return to the table fairly high price considering Greeley is a pretty small town , and generally the chains would have decent prices,the manager didn't come take my order till the very end of the meal because the waiter had failed to do so.Not to mention when we said our straws were stamped shut, he proceeded to put his dirty fingers on it and clamped the end of the straw so it would open obviously I don't wanna put that in my mouth afterwards yes the Decour is cute but as far as the place that I will go again absolutely not! read more
