The raspberry creme cheese French toast is a must order! They did a lot with the inside after taking over the old El Charro. It's clean and fine - nothing really in particular stands out. And I have a table of 3 other people who can testify to my experience. This just shows your restaurant is lacking - not because of one experience, but because of the way you handle feedback. Most customers don't expect perfection - what they value is a willingness to listen, take concerns seriously, and look for ways to improve. Even if you reviewed the footage and didn't see what I described, a response that acknowledges the customer's experience and invites a constructive resolution would build far more trust. Friendly folks. the food arrived quickly and nice and hot. Toast was hot and had ample butter. Eggs were fluffy and nice and hot. Sausage links were very tasty and nicely browned. Home fries were hot and had ample butter nice crisp to them. Server was pleasant and accommodating. The young lady filling the beverages was attentive and had a pleasant demeanor. I ordered the eggs Benedict to go. It is delicious!! I would order this again. the only issue I had was the English muffin was soggy when I started eating it and it still tastes so good. I was a little surprised because I don't usually like soggy. the ham is great, the eggs and sauce are great and the potatoes are great as well. this will probably be my go to breakfast spot. read more

We have eaten at the Loveland Breakfast Club several times. Infact the server Mario who served us there served us lunch today ( 08/11/25 ). The food is great. I ordered roast beef sandwich ( regular portion ) and was surprised to see that the portion was very small. I asked for more gravy which Mario brought immediately. At the end of our lunch,I did inform Mario the portion served was very small. At the Loveland branch, I had to box up at least 1/3rd of the portion and here I was left hungry even after I ate all of it! read more

Not even close to The Breakfast Club in Loveland. After seated we were ignored for 15 minutes. We waited along time for our food to get served someone else's, I told her we ordered breakfast and she kept putting hamburgers in front of us. I don't think the people that ordered the hamburgers want their food served to someone else first. Finally she picked up the plates and took them somewhere else. They told us it would be awhile before we got our food along with the other tables in our area. There is a lot of people wondering around with breakfast club tshirts on that looked lost. When did get our food 1 hour later. The presentation was not appetizing nor was the taste. Every employee needs to go to the Loveland restaurant and see how it runs because this is not it. read more
