It can get a little loud, but it adds to the atmosphere rather than taking away from it. It's laid-back and casual, the kind of place where you can just show up, relax, and enjoy yourself. The food definitely leans into that "munchies" category, but honestly, that's part of the charm. It's flavorful, satisfying, and totally worth it. I wanted to like this place, but the overall experience fell short…read more Food-wise, it's just okay. I ordered a cheese slice, and it wasn't anything memorable. The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.

The bread is fresh and tasty and they fill the length of the sandwich with your ingredients. No clumps of meat in one spot only. We generally order wheat bread and delivery and our service is always great! The kind of sandwiches we order vary but never disappoint. Case in point, I often order tuna for myself and I never fear that it won't be very fresh or fishy tasting or smelling with crisp, fresh veggies. I do order extra meat for my husband's sandwich sometimes--depends on the sandwich. If you are a sub sandwich fan, our opinion is this store should be your 1st choice for the best sandwich you can find in Greeley. We hope you'll give it a try the next time you want a sub!
