It's sad to say that this is now my second bad review for this location. We ordered two sandwiches: a medium Georgetown which was fine, but also ordered a 16" Marshall. When the food was delivered and finally dug in the Marshall has absolutely no marinara sauce and the meatballs were as hard as a rock. My boyfriend called to let them know and all we were told was "the sauce on the sandwich is what's in the scoop".. for a 20$ sandwich you'd think a little more care would be shown. From taking my order at the cash register to making my sandwich she didn't wash her hands or glove up. After being ignored awhile I had to ask if they're soda machine was working. Asked for a knife no knives so they gave me a spoon... wtf. No lids. Asked for lids was given wrong size and the next lid given it didn't even fit. Never got one that fit. I don't order food often, Silver Mine was one I did use. But one night I wanted to eat and I wanted something sweet. My sandwich showed up, without the cookie I ordered It was early and I asked them to bring my cookie when there driver was out. The manager couldn't grasp this concept and after several minutes, they gave me my credit and lost my business for ever. read more

If I could give a -10 I would. I have never have eaten at Silvermine subs So my wife and I decided to get a Philly steak sandwich from silver mine. After we got home it was a bitter disappointment,there was hardly any meat in the 16" I think they put the 11" meat on a 16" bun and it was not edible I had them add mushrooms and mushrooms were not cooked they were raw I spent $17 to get a bitter disappointment I will never go back to silver mine subs. And no one else should also go to silvermine subs. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would... I'm a big fan of Silver Mine... But the last 2 times I have ordered that have completely disappointed. My last 2 orders have been completely ruined by this location. It's not hard to make a good sandwich. I recently ordered a Buffalo Stampede which is the Buffalo chicken sandwich.. I asked for the ranch on the side and no lettuce. Ordered to go to take home and eat during a Broncos game. I eagerly opened up my sandwich only to find chicken breast and bread.. no cheese. Ordered the Cripple Creek in a wrap, it was delicious! The wrap tasted good, the meat was perfect, and there was just enough ranch. I was a little skeptical about the ranch part. I thought it would either have too little or too much, but NOPE, it had just the right amount. I absolutely love that they deliver and stay open late, super convenient! Seems pretty expensive to me for a sandwich, especially when they can't even get the order right. The only thing they got right with my order was adding sliced pickles to it. What a long day. I finally made it home. I wanted only some food and a nap. Called to Silver Mine Subs, ordered a Georgetown - delivery and hit the shower. Seriously quick delivery, I was completely taken off guard. On a Side Note, I've ordered from Silver Mine Subs before with family members and everyone, every time, we've been impressed. One bad, after eating the Georgetown sub I felt a little sick. Not sure what it was however I was left feeling a little queasy. It was probably me gobbling down a huge sub? Who knows? I got over it. Why the fuck is my order from this one (my only choice of delivery) always wrong? Always? Our orders aren't complicated. Also, we consistently pay for veggies (lettuce, pickles, olives, etc; have ordered 3+ times in past 3mo) that are NEVER there. My family loves the food, but not paying for food that is consistently not there. Step it up. Waited one time for 2 1/2 hours for 2 subs. Talked to the GM said she'd give a credit for the 2 subs...only gave partial credit. Tried again....almost 2 hours. Hot subs were cold. Our pickle was warm. They told me our food had left the store over an hour ago....wow! No standards. Tried to speak with the manager and was hung up on. Ah yes kiddos, buckle up for disappointment! I defy you to find a sandwich they can't screw up. I asked for turkey, bacon, mayo, and cheese. What did I get? One peice of bacon soaked in ranch dressing and guacamole of all things with the lettuce and the wrong type of cheese. Oh and to top it all off it was the wrong type bread.
