I have been ordering from the Silver Mine Sub on W 10th Street for years and have never had bad service or bad food from the staff or owner. This store doesn't skimp on any of the sandwich ingredients and meats. The veggies are always fresh, crisp and delicious, too. The bread is fresh and tasty and they fill the length of the sandwich with your ingredients. No clumps of meat in one spot only. We generally order wheat bread and delivery and our service is always great! The kind of sandwiches we order vary but never disappoint. Case in point, I often order tuna for myself and I never fear that it won't be very fresh or fishy tasting or smelling with crisp, fresh veggies. I do order extra meat for my husband's sandwich sometimes--depends on the sandwich. This sandwich shop has great quality sandwiches. Their sandwiche makers and delivery drivers are top notch and give you nothing but good service and quality food! But I do have to say the indian couple that works the night shift at the 10th street location, the experience goes down real quick.If either of them are working I will turn right around and go to subway instead. They are RUDE to customers, unwelcoming. One of workers is pregnant and is usually the one making the sandwiches, every time I order with her she is nasty and rude and snotty with me. And when she makes my sandwich it barely has enough meat, not enough mayo and barely any tomatoes. And the bread is always to over cooked and tough and almost burnt looking! The food is delicious and The delivery driver Nikki is absolutely amazing. She is the reason I will be a life long customer. She communicated very well about when my order would be delivered and was incredibly nice. Ordered through DoorDash, they prefer to make deliveries themselves, ok cool, we waited over an hour for the food, food was obviously cold, salad had no dressing, even ordered extra dressing, soup had no bread, sand which had wrong ingredients. We called to complain, their solution was wait another hour for more food, give back the food we complained about. DO NOT order from these people, save your time and your money. read more

By far the WORST sandwich shop in all of Colorado. Such a waste of time and money. Every single time! I've tried giving them a few chances to make sure if wasn't just certain staff. Nope everytime it's horrible. I ordered 2 kids meals and an 8in sub today. For delivery from your 10th Street location. The kids meals were swimming in mayo and mustard. My sandwich was so soaked in Vinegar my bread was pink and soggy. My turkey was pink and so were my sprouts. None of the sandwich was edible. Absolutely ridiculous! You need to do some serious training with your team at all your locations. What a waste of $20 plus a tip. Since you make your customers tip before the food arrives. Which is also ridiculous. As I believe a tip comes after the food arrives on a timely manner. Which today it didn't. Definitely my last time eating at any silver mine sub locations. read more

Not great, not terrible. You can't tip on credit card during delivery, unless you do it online. You can't hand write in at your door, (LIKE EVERY OTHER PLACE). Slightly better than JJ or Subway, but not great subs either. My quest for a good sub in this area continues. read more

Excellent food but terrible to nonexistent service. My fiancée just called the Greeley location on 10th Street to place a delivery order and they said they were "too busy" to deal with it. Once upon a time we used to order from them weekly to the tune of $20 each time. That's $80 a month or $960 a year they will no longer be getting from us. Again, the sandwiches are amazing but their management is shockingly subpar. We are done. read more

Never going back! I used to order here all the time. I placed a order online; it never showed up. I called & they said that their printer for online orders was down. My dad went into the store the next day & brought subs over (the same subs he always picks up for us) & they got our order completely wrong. I called again and the manager credited 2 subs to my account. Just ordered two hot sandwiches and they arrived cold & soggy. They were nasty. read more

Ordered online because we are barely out of delivery location I had to pick up. I showed up at time that it was supposed to be ready and they just saw the ticket. I ordered a bowl of soup and they tried to give me a cup. We had some specific requests that were not met and when I questioned it they acted like I was stupid for asking when it was on the receipt but not done. Not sure I'll ever try it again. read more

So completely disappointed with the service or lack of. I ordered a sandwich online at 2:07 pm, at 3:52 pm the manager, Brad called to tell me they didn't get my order because they hadn't filled their printer with paper but could send my sandwich out now as their driver was in. Ok fine. Mistakes happen. However, I said well I ordered two hours ago I'd like a refund, Brad said that was fine, and I asked when I could expect my food delivered to which with a chuckle he replied "well if we refund your money we're not delivering food". Brad has terrible customer service, when I asked to speak to a manager he rudely replied "you're speaking to him" after he had just said that he would call his manager to see what he should do. Hmmmmm. Well I did talk to the district manager Jeff, who was clearly surprised that Brad couldn't manage a simple thought process that it was not my fault they didn't fill their printer with paper, that they should refund AND still deliver my food. To be honest, I'm a little glad they didn't deliver, last time I had silvermine it was sub par at best. Will never give my business to silvermine again. You've lost a loyal customer of 10+ years. I'm home sick and called for a sandwich to be delivered. We order from this location regularly and while they are always very slow to deliver we've generally been pleased. Today however, I was told they were too busy to take my order. Seriously, they actually said those words. I'll bet the manager in duty would probably disagree and I'm sure the owner would also disagree. Too busy to take an order? You are a fast food place, not fine dining. read more

I love this Silver Mine sub shop. Although they only have two choices of breads the wheat is FAR better than any other sub shop I have been to, not dry and hard like Subway! The Tombstone with added mushrooms or black olives is fantastic. The service is always fast and the employees are always friendly. They are the farthest from where I live but when in the area I have to stop and get one. The BEST! read more
