    I had Epic Auto tint my NSX I have had got my other cars tinted at a different place but after this I am coming here more often.

    I drove in and they greeted me right away and tinted my windows in my truck right away. I was in and out in less then 45 minute. They did a fantastic job on matching my other window tint. It looks great i appreciate the great service and nice friendly people. I be will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends

    Asked if I was satisfied to leave a review, I paid $325 just for a car wash an a vacuum. Detail include all above, said "engine bay cleaning" which was not done. Also "stain removal / shampoo seats, carpets and headliner" none of that was done. Got a stain in the back seat that was left untouched, head liner still dirty. I called and they said engine bay cleaning was extra, then why is it on my receipt ? Also complain about headliner job not being done or stains removal wasn't done and she said oh bring it back, that's not the point it was suppose to be done already. They said it would take 6-8hrs since he was a exterior / interior cleaning they called me back within 4hrs tops. Waste of money, don't go there unless you want half a*s job.

    i took my car in there for some ppf and my car came scratch. i left a review on google and the owner replyed and said to call them, i think his manager should reach out to me. I think they got my info. Dont use them, you will be very disappointe.

    Epic was booked about a month out when I called for an exterior detail but no problem for me as I figured any good business would have a lot of customers wanting in on their schedule. I took the first available and was put on the wait list if anyone cancelled. I was able to take a cancellation a few days sooner than planned. Communication was great, I was provided video before the polish went on and I was very pleased. Epic was able to get the terrible swirl marks, buffer marks and countless surface scratches the previous owner made by going through a Washman! Do not go to a drive thru car wash! Take it to epic and you won't regret it.

    Epic huh? Well I can tell you this right now, don't bring your stuff here if you want it done perfectly. Paid $250 for an engine bay clean, interior detail, and clean out of the trunk. ALSO THIS SEDAN WAS NOT "FILTHY" OR A HARD CASE IN ANY WAY. Take a look at the pictures, the engine was still so dirty that was the first Rag and that's just from taking it across the top of the motor, if I went a little deeper I probably would have ran out of rags. Also they did an okay job on the interior but upon closer inspection there is damage to the rear driver side door panel, and they didn't even clean the back window. I was driving away and I looked in my rearview mirror and here the gum that was left for my trip permit staring me back in the face. So they didn't even touch that. I open opened my trunk pulled up the flight between the trunk and the spare tire and it was filthy in there and they didn't even wipe it down, and love to stay in that I easily extracted with little bit of elbow grease a microfiber towel and some glass cleaner. Finally the door jambs, I'm used to places that take steam cleaner to get rid of all the gunk stuff that accumulate when hinges are greased. Nope just another amateur wipe down. You can post all kinds of fancy pictures of shiny exotic cars, and hopped-up ricers, but it don't mean shi*. Never going to go back there again, 250 is a lot of money for a job that doesn't require any extended buffing wheel work. And you guys have the car the entire day (10am - 5pm). Pathetic, and definitely not going to use these guys ever again.

    I bought the car 2 weeks before and while at the dealership getting an additional keyfob programmed, it got mildly over sprayed with yellow paint. I was going to use my insurance and a body shop but was advised that all I needed was a polishing to remove the yellow paint. A body shop directed me to Epic. I took my black Chrysler 300 to Epic just after a carwash for an estimate on having some light yellow overspray removed from the right rear quarter of my car. I was given an estimate for $300 to remove the overspray and that would include polishing the entire exterior. It sounded very reasonable and less troublesome than involving my insurance, so I went for it and agreed to pay for it myself. When I went to pick up the car I noticed it was completely covered in a thick later of light green polish dust. I could not even see if the yellow spots had been removed, the dust was so thick. I started wiping the dust off the rear quarter with my white shirt to see if they had accomplished the overspray removal. There were still many yellow speckles of paint on the car. And now it had paste and dust everywhere. I went inside to talk to someone about how dusty the car was and poorly removed the overspray was removed. They tried to convince me it was "pollen". So I asked how much extra it would cost to have my car washed when they were done polishing it. They tried to convince me "they did wash it." I said that I see lots of missed details and would like them to try again. So they very abruptly took my key and said that " they would wipe it down again. Should only take 5 minutes". I waited 25 minutes, then I got to see my car again, cleaner. I could see all the white polish they left in every nick and cranny. Especially on the front end. They buffed thru the paint on the edge of my hood and tried to convince me that " their machine couldn't do that, they buff flat." All the minor imperfections in my black paintjob are now HIGHLIGHTED. And there are still yellow speckles even after they took a rag and spray bottle out to " make sure they are all gone." I asked them why it looks so much worse now. They tried to convince me "that is how it always is". They even tried to make me feel stupid for suggesting they should use black polish on a black car. They buffed thru paint that was used to repair the edge of a fender, now you can see the damage underneath. They tried to convince me that " if it had been repaired better, that wouldn't have happened." I openly admit, I got pretty upset by the excuses and blame shifting. I raised my voice higher than may have been necessary. I got very upset when they told me that "I was going to pay for it whether I liked it or not or I won't get back my car." It felt like they had a great deal of experience lying to customers and making excuses. My car looks much worse now than it did when I brought it to them. All I really wanted was the yellow speckles off.

    I paid almost 400 USD. Cleaning was very average. Flashlights weren't done properly at all. I will try out another place next time.

Their PROMPT RESPONSE, FAIR PRICE, and some of the REVIEWS I've read here are what brought us to choose this auto repair shop as opposed to the rest. I was checking out some before & after photos here on Yelp of another car that Fix The Looks Auto Center fixed and it was an amazing transformation. The before photos showed pretty similar damages to what we had, so we decided to bring our car in for an exact estimate. The exact estimate came close to the initial cost that I first received. And came nowhere close to the other estimates I received from the other shops. We eventually chose the option to fix all of the other DENTS and SCRATCHES that we had on our car, not just the recent damage that I had caused. They also had a great summer deal for AUTO DETAILING, so we added that on top of the repairs. We have 2 pugs who shed an incredible amount of fur and figured that since we were getting the exterior fixed, might as well get the interior cleaned up as well. There was an extra charge for pet fur on top of the car detailing cost. I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of the 5 that it really deserves because we were told that our car would be ready within 3-5 days, but unfortunately, it took longer than expected (about a week and a half from the time we brought our car in and until the last part was fixed). We dropped it off on a Monday and expected to get our car back by Friday (right before our camping trip during the long July 4th weekend). Because they were waiting on a car part that took longer than expected to arrive, we didn't get our car back until the following Monday. Thus, forcing us to cancel our weekend plans. :') They were nice enough to drop our car off at our place in Portland free of charge, but my husband had to drive back to the shop one last time once the car part arrived for them to finish this last repair. I understand that the delayed car part delivery was out of their control, but moving forward, I would advise the shop to order the car part before having us bring our car in to start the repairs. Or maybe give a longer estimate of how much time it will take to complete the work just in case unforeseen things pop up. Or maybe wait until after your weekend plans to bring your car into the shop for repairs. LOL! I did appreciate the thorough communication about these delays, but would have appreciated an exact ETA of completion more. All in all, we were super IMPRESSED when we got our car back. We didn't recognize it! It was CLEAN, SHINY, and all of the damage magically disappeared. It was like our car was BRAND NEW. Thank you so much!!

    *** DO NOT GO HERE***…read more Long story short they scratched a panel and want to now charge for their mistake. Details- Thought I found an honest and trustworthy shop. They were so nice at first but don't be a fool like I was! Someone keyed our car on the fender and a little on the door. The scratch was a long horizontal line. When we went for a quote and showed him the car to see if he would need to paint the whole panel he tried to buff it out real quick. Luckily he was able buff the scratch completely out on the door and most of the fender. So we thought wow they're so nice let's go with them to paint the fender since that part couldn't buff out. We made sure to say we were in no rush but they said they had availability so we left it there. 2 days later they call for pick up. I see the panel it looks ok but he shows me a vertical scratch on the door panel that he says he just found and he touched up but if we don't like the way it looks we can bring it back and he can fix it. I'm thinking great! Hopefully it cures perfectly and you won't be able to tell. Well 24hrs later and you can still tell. So I call back and the manager that was standing right there when he told me that is now saying the scratch was there from the keying and that we dropped the vehicle off with it there. IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT! There was never a vertical scratch on the door. She stated that we have to pay for the entire door to be painted now! I have video and pictures from when the guy was buffing it out at their shop and it shows he buffed out the horizontal scratch on the door panel and the door panel was left looking pristine! When we left the vehicle with them there was no vertical scratch!! We were ready to bring another one of our vehicles there for work done and there's no way in hell I can trust them now. Even if I went there and they finally agree to fix the vertical scratch I don't feel like I can trust them to not mess something else up and to not be honest when they make a mistake. I get it, it looks like a little scratch but it was their mistake and they're straight out lying.

They said they fixed my vehicle and within a week it stopped working. They told me I needed a new battery but I took it back to the auto zone I bought it at 3 months ago who tested it at 100%. Never once on the paperwork or via phone was it explained that they did a deep dive test that found an issue that might not register directly on a more surface level test by autozone but no one reviewed that with me or made any note about it on the original paperwork that I could show autozone relating to my concern. I reached out to speak with a manager regarding my concerns 4 different times and not once did they reach back out to me. I wish I could just ignore my clients I don't want to talk to - highly unprofessional. I will be complaining to Subaru corporate about my experience. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be going to Vancouver next time. I finally heard back from a a manager who basically didn't give a crap about what had happened. He said that I left messages with a third party call center so he never was truly notified about my concern and didn't seem terribly concerned and just got mad at me that he hadn't gotten contact as if I would know who is fielding my call when I dial the service information listed on the Gresham Subaru website.
