While this wasn't the best car wash I'd ever had, it for sure wasn't the worst either. Pros: employees spray down car before entering car wash, pretty affordable, got most of the dirt off my car. Cons: the water smelled awful and lingered for a couple days (not sure it that's normal, but it was gross), the vacuums (while great that they were offered) were not very strong so they weren't super effective, the trash cans were overflowing and created an obstacle to get around while vacuuming (I went around 3 pm). Overall, it wasn't bad, but I don't think I'd use it again for fear of the water stench and lack-luster vacuums, but hope those were one offs for the day I went. read more

This was my favorite car wash. I went a couple weeks ago on a sunny day and the free(!) vacuums were all in use. So today when I came by I made sure to be there right when it opened at 8am. I was the second car in line for the car wash and when I got done the vacuum area was still roped off. I pulled my car up alongside it and waited with the engine on. I watched a man take a hose and start hosing down the area. I waited and watched him for about ten minutes before getting out of my car. I approached the vacuum area and when I got his attention I asked if it would be open soon. He said it was going to take him awhile. I legit was crestfallen, so I asked if that meant I couldn't use it. He said no and I pointed out the sign that said the vacuum area opened at 8am. He said he'd let me in but before he could do that he started saying how it wasn't all about me and he was trying to clean the area up for everyone. I looked at him dumbfounded because I'd been nothing but polite. I asked if there was a manager around. He said he was the OWNER. He then begin berating me for some perceived entitlement. That's when I got in my car and left, but not before telling him I'd leave him a Yelp review. His reply, "Leave one for yourself too!" Wow, guess I won't be supporting that guy anymore. read more

I bough the one month pass and am loving it! I swing by before work in the mornings since they open at 9AM. No cars in line, awesome! The wash it's self is very good. I don't notice any scratches afterwards and I always make sure to check. The guys working there are super nice even in the mornings as they just open. Free Vacuums for customers of the car wash are great. Unfortunately, anyone can drive up with their car filled up like a dumpster and camp out and fill the trash cans. I just got my car washed and drove down to the vacuums and all spots were full. Waited a half hour and none of the cars moved . Two cars were full of trash and did not looked washed. Another elderly woman was detailing her car (and didn't look like her car had been washed). Maybe set up the vacuums for customers only. Provide a token to activate the vacuums, otherwise, i don't see the incentive to use your car wash. read more

DO NOT USE. I took my brand new Infiniti QX80 here today, the car wash left a ton of scratches. I get that I have no recourse as they have sign that says they aren't responsible for damages. I'm only doing this review so others don't have to pay out of pocket to get scratches fixed. Save yourself money and wash it elsewhere. UPDATE: after posting this review on Facebook 2 other people in my neighborhood had the same thing happen! If you'd like a clean car and a chance at a ton of scratches pls visit classic car wash. My car is clean now. That's the point, right? I usually go to WashMan but I was in dire straits (how affluent of me) and just needed to get my car clean. Since WashMan is my benchmark, I instantly noticed that the pricing board was further up the line, and since my vision sucks, I had to hurry and squint at the board before the attendant came by so I wouldn't sound like an idiot. And he was quick! He traded me a damp towelette for my credit card and it was awkwardly implied that I knew what it was for. Again, not wanting to seem like an idiot, I smiled and thanked him and stared at the towelette for a minute. Then I watched the person behind me use it to wipe their dashboard and interior. I shrugged, started wiping away, and quickly my chrome finishes got blotchy. Stop!!! Decided I didn't really need to wipe anything down. The crew did a thorough job scrubbing the ridiculous layers of dirt off prior to entering the wash itself. The guy seemed irritated that I didn't want to keep pulling forward into the car in front of me, as my car continously beeped because I was so close to it! Oh well, I made it out without a dent. Two things I didn't like (and why I gave it 4 stars) was that no one is there to towel dry like at WashMan, and there was nothing indicating when the blow dry was done so I wasn't sure when to pop it in gear and pull forward! I was so worried the car behind me would ram me so I peeled away in embarrassment. WashMan has a simple "GO!!!" sign! Overall a good value though and the process was pretty quick despite the line! Girlfriend and I are pretty particular about our cars and the condition that we keep them in - unfortunately, when my girlfriend had her car washed here she left with some 20-30 nicks / small etches in her windshield. Our guess is the pre-wash with the handheld brush had a bunch of sand or rocks in it OR the car wash brushes themselves weren't clean. Regardless, when she tried to approach them about it the staff members talked down to her, the manager (Kevin Lynde) laughed in her face. He eventually told her that if she could get an estimate from a windshield repair company that included a statement that the car wash could at all be responsible, then he would pay in full for the replacement. He would not put this in writing, but gave his verbal word and shook on it. The next day, my girlfriend did get an estimate from a reputable Portland-area windshield repair company. That company stated that they have seen this happen with car washes before and it is entirely feasible for the car wash itself to be responsible. When Kevin was made aware of this, he got angry and shouted. He went back on his word and did not cover the full cost of replacement. Will not be returning to this car wash again. read more

It's a drive through car wash. You drive up, hand the guy money, tell him which option and then drive through. The do have some folks that scrub the outside with brushes for a few seconds, and they hand you a wet nap to wipe the inside, but that is it. 3 stars since it's average. It's not cheaper nor more expensive than any other generic drive through car washes. They have no other services besides drive through car wash. If you want detailing you are out of luck. They have a vacuum rack that takes quarters if you want to vacuum. read more

The customer service is really lacking. The quality of the wash was just plain bad. I had some pretty bad dust buildup from all the rain recently and half of my number was missed completely. I walked up closer to my trunk to see that their machine left a scratch that I couldn't just rub off and I now have to get it buffed out. I voiced my concern in a professional way, did not cause a scene or tell other people in line about my experience. He sent a guy out to look at the scratch on my car and he offered me a refund or to go through the machine again. There's no way I will ever go through that machine again! I asked for the refund and he said "do you want it back on your card or cash?" I told him "whatever is easier for you guys" because I understand a point of sale system and how complex they can be for voiding transactions. The sleezy Sammy Hagar wanna be guy running the car wash yelled to his employee "TELL HIM HES NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK!" in front of all the customers waiting in line. Overall, horrible results and terrible customer service along with a new scratch on my car with less than 3000 miles on it. All because I wanted the dust off before next week's rain. If you're considering this place, look elsewhere. read more

Make sure you give the car in front of you plenty of space, especially if it's a stick!! The girl taking money was decently friendly. Went to this place for the first time. I was happy with the service, and paid only 8 bucks. It's the best that I have seen for such a great price. There were two guys at the start who scrubbed my car down before it went through the automatic car wash. Which I think helped get most of the bug goo off of my car.
