Got a coupon for their automatic car wash after getting great service on an oil change. Do not use this car wash. It is in need of repair. It scratched my hood and many places on my car were not even wet. Not clean at all. Disappointing read more

At Scrubby's automatic car wash things were going fine until the attandant pulled out what looked like a sea urchin on a stick and started scrubbing the body of my Jeep with it. My first thought was 'that brush can't be as stiff as it looks' but a few hours later I was attempting to polish all the scratches he put in my clear coat. I should have stopped him but I assumed a car wash would know better. My polishing attempt didn't work well so I'll be taking it to a detail shop soon and probably spending $200 to fix a $15 car wash. Someone needs to tell Scrubby's those kinds brushes aren't for paint. I guess they're hearing it now if they ever read these reviews. read more

New to the area and I needed a new oil change place. Scrubby's Car Wash is just down the street from our new place. Bonus. By the time I got around to it. I really needed an oil change in a bad way. Rolling into Scrubby's. I had reservations. All washed away by the end of my service. For $35.00 I received, An Oil Change. A 23 Point Fluid Check. A Light Vacuum. A Free Car Wash. And A Coupon for $10.00 off my next Oil Change. Will I be back? Definitely Yes. read more

I'll just say it wasn't that great of a job... Maybe that's why these days they don't have no touch car washes it's too hard to maintain quality ones that will actually wash your car without touching it. If you have a car that just barely gaining dust and it's a nice car and you don't go to car washes with it and this will probably work well for you but even a normal level of road grime over a few weeks in this area this won't really get it clean it's not getting off many of the deposits and other cake lines that you get from driving around. I was feeling lazy and didn't wanna break out the car wash kit I don't like going to car washes that scratch the crap out of my car so really and truly it's good for what it is I just expected the no touches that used to be popular where I grew up they could actually get your car relatively clean then again those places usually had someone spraying down your car before you went in kind of pre-soak in the hard-hit spots maybe that's a big difference here read more

I ended up here because a different auto shop didn't have the tool I needed to change out my headlight bulb. The guys were pretty busy when I pulled up and I was worried the wait would be long. Boy was I wrong. Less that 15 minutes and I was on my way. The man that helped was friendly and had a good sense of humor. He was fast and thorough. They have signs posted for $35 oil changes with free car wash and $64 for dexos. The light bulb change cost $10. I will definitely keep this place in mind next time I need something for my car. read more

After 10+ years getting carwashes and oil changes here, I won't be going back again. When I informed the Fairview manager that my last car wash there had damaged my car, he not only wouldn't help me, he accused me of lying about it. :( read more

Great value, great service. They ask before doing anything to your car. Went in for an oil change they did a whole engine check, topped off all the fluids, vacuumed my car and we got a free car wash. All included in the price of the oil change. Very satisfied and I will be coming back. read more

I was around the area on a Sunday and figured it'd be a good idea to get an oil change. A quick google search found this place. The staff was great. Got a free car wash even! Self service and drive through. Cool little spot with great service. Drive through isn't amazing but better then most spots. Dry cycle could be a bit better. I like that they pre-soak the car before it goes in. They also have a self service bay for lifted trucks which is super cool! Never seen that before, will make washing my truck much easier! read more

I have always been pleased by my car cart. Does not matter who provides the service that day. I can always feel that I am getting quality service. read more

This operation continues to disappoint daily. Stunning - jaw dropping - that the owners take the local market so much for granted, Be fully aware - eyes wide open - before you roll in, it's a random roll of the dice whether the card readers in any bay actually, activity work. By which I mean, they might, maybe, fingers crossed - Hail Mary - deliver as advertised. read more

Such good service! Before pulling into their garage so they could change my oil my car died... The gentlemen working there were super helpful! Andre jumped my car, went to AutoZone to get me the part my car needed and even installed it for me! Such a nice guy. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Consistently excellent service, and a free car wash with your oil change. Very professional and courteous.

Wow. How many car wash companies are around that are locally owned these days? And they take such good care of you. So thorough even when it's cold outside they are drying off your car. Try and tip these folks so have a few dollars extra with you to give them at the end. And as Janet M. reflects: What a cool name for a car wash.. just makes you think of a clean and shiny car. read more

Been to this car wash a few times since I live on fairview and halsey. I do like it here, you have the option of self wash or express drive thru wash if you're in a hurry. The wash does a pretty good job for drive thru. Better than a gas station wash, but I've never been to wash man so can't say it's the best. The guys that work there are generally pretty cool guys, only thing I really don't like is when you're pulling onto the tracks, the just keep telling you "forward" so I'm always hitting my tires and rims on the track walls. They need to learn to tell you to turn your wheels a tad here or there to avoid that. Any other drive thru wash guides you to avoid that from happening Today I went on 1/30 and they were training a young man. He was probably one of the best as far as power rinsing and drying my car. He was cool, I hope they keep him. When I drove in the sign said "closed" but doors were open and wash was on with no car inside. No one was inside the wash office. I sat there for a couple minutes just in case but no one came out so I started backing out. About half way thru the two men came out and said they're open. Need to keep a better eye out for customers. Other than that, I still like this place Convenient, affordable, good service and does the job. read more

Today at 4pm I went to Scrubbys car wash, the one next to Gresham High School. The young man that was on shift was working his butt off. He was very polite and he went above and beyond, trying his best to get the break dust off my truck today. I definitely will be coming back, thank you. read more

I used to wash my own car until I found Scrubby's. For under $7 they will break out the brushes and brush your car off before you go through and give you a hot towel to wipe down your interior. When you come out on the other side, they are waiting to wipe down your car and set your mirrors straight. Great guys in Fairview! read more

I dropped by during my lunch hour to do a leer vacuum of my truck interior after a weekend of camping. Everything was fine until the nozzle pulled off the vacuum...hair and dirt fell out of the end of the tube into my seat. I couldn't get the nozzle to stay in so I put money in to use the vacuum next to the one that had broken...it didn't have any suction, so It took a bit to clean it up. I did get everything cleaned up though. I went inside to the quicklube to inquire about about the vacuums and to let them know they weren't fully functional. They apologized and refunded my vacuum money, which was insignificant, but at least I know they're trying to make it right. I would go back based on their customer service. read more

Josh is amazing!!!!!! Great service and reasonable prices!!! Fast as well, love these guys.

What a great little car wash! Price, 7 bucks for a nice clean truck and she was dirty! I don't like some of the other local chain car washes but this was great! It took about 5 min from start to finish, they only do exterior which is perfect. But! They do give a little wet nap to clean your interior while rolling through. They did provide an additional wipe down after the dryer which really was nice. I will definitely be back! read more

I have been getting my car's oil changed at scrubby's for as long as I have been driving. There are always friendly and professional people here. They don't hassle you they just give you your options and educate you and then allow you to go on with your day. On a few occasions while out of town I have had to go to other oil lube stations and missed the scrubby's crew tremendously. That may sound weird - it is just an oil lube - but they seem like old friends at this point. Give them a chance. Get a free wash. You won't regret it. read more

Literally, the best car wash ever. Great prices and awesome service. Two guys will basically wash your car beforehand, and give you a damp cloth to clean your interior. After the official car wash is finished and your car is power dried, another guy comes out to dry the extra water on your car. I will literally never go anywhere else! read more

Andres has been taking care of my cars for 25 years now and he is absolutely the best! His attention for detail is unrivaled! Nothing gets by this man! After getting a bit of mud on the car on a trip to Hood River, we stopped here to go through the automatic wash.... Big mistake. The 2 teens running the car wash didn't bother to spray off the mud before going at it with scrub brushes, effectively sanding much of my car's paint. Now our 1 month old car is covered in scratches on the hood, side mirror, and entire driver's side. Needless to say, I am upset. read more
