I travel for work and my car gets pretty dirty both inside and out. It definitely needed some TLC. I purchased a detail package for an upholstery shampoo and the super interior. This included the #3 exterior wash. Normally, this is $169, but I was told to ask for the "manager's special," which dropped it to $139. The gentleman who serviced my car, Francisco, did a fabulous job. It took him a little over an hour, which was quicker than I anticipated. It would have taken me several hours. They have a waiting area with tablets, vending machines, and tvs, to pass the time. I brought breakfast and sat in a booth to read while I waited. They don't make appointments, so I recommend getting there early to avoid a long wait. The experience surpassed my expectations and I'll be going back after my next trip. read more

The car wash itself was good. I am handicapped and have difficulty getting in and out of my car. I asked the wiping down the outside of my car to look at the mat in the backseat to see if it straightened out. When he did, the manager came running over yelling no no no no no no . She told him to put it back and then told me the customer is always wrong that they aren't allowed to help anyone. I won't be going back. read more

This location is easy to drive into from the north and when there's a line - and the employees keep things moving - but once their lot is full it's hard to keep going around the "block" to get a place in line as it's at an intersection of two multiple-lane one-way streets so you end up going around several blocks to get back to the entrance. So go when you have some time. The price is good with a prepaid card - also convenient - and it's fun to ride through with all the colored lights flashing etc. Then you have to turn east onto a busy street after exiting. Some of their smaller locations are easier to maneuver through. Good value overall. read more

I was very disappointed. Tire shine was sprayed on tires - blotchy and dripping down the tires. I had to show the serviceman to clean the bird poo off the car and the lower panel of drive side and passenger side very dirty. read more

I've brought my car here before to get cleaned and love it because I can get a mini detail for $49 and chill in their lounge. They always do a great job and to me it's worth it because I can multitask and catch up on things while they take care of my car! read more

The only Washman I found that handwashes my car! Can't trust those drive-thru brushes to not scratch my paint on my newly bought car. Also hand washing has many more benefits, it just doesn't benefit me to drive all the way from West Linn for this. I took my car there today and got the #4 wash inside and out. When I pulled up and told the lady that I wanted the number for she stared at me with a dead pan look, like I had just asked for something ridiculous. She didn't say anything and just kept staring at me, it made me really uncomfortable and I looked back at the menu to make sure what I said made sense. And as far as I could tell it did, I looked back at her and she was still staring at me. So I grab my wallet and handed her my card. She took it walk to the back of my car to put the cover on the rear windshield wiper, then she went into the booth to ring me up. After the uncomfortable interaction with her it made me even more uncomfortable that she's taking my card into a booth where I can't see what she's doing with it. There are way too many times when somebody takes your card where you can't see it that they could be photographing it and copying the information to try and use later. Which normally I don't even worry about, but after that weird interaction it brought it to mind. She gave me my receipts told me to have a nice day. I went through the car wash, which went fine. Came out and they dried off my car, also went fine. I pulled my car in to have the inside cleaned out. The guy who help me here was super nice, you can tell he has a lot of customer service experience and was super polite it was a great interaction. I sat at the tables and waited while they clean my car. When it was done the same gentleman explain to me that for only two dollars more if I had chose the next option up they would've armoraled the entire inside of the car and wash the floor mats. I said oh I didn't realize that, the girl who rung me up should have mentioned it. Maybe that's why she was staring at me like I was an idiot or something. Because I didn't automatically know to choose that. Who knows. I'm pretty sure up selling customers is a huge part of customer service and she should've at least explained it to me or asked if I'd ever been there before. Now that I've left the car wash and I have a moment to look around my car, it's cleaner than when I brought it there. But I wouldn't really say that it's clean. First of all they left the dirty rag my car, but mistakes happen. There are multiple spots along the dash that are missed. It's a black dash, it's easy to see the difference between a spot that's dusty and missed. The backseat, my entire interior is leather, has debris on it and a spot where you can tell that they weren't wiped down. The armrest in the backseat, which folds up into the seat, isn't even wiped down at all it's completely dusty and it was left down so it could be cleaned. The fabric around the gear shifter is still completely dusty. The insides of the cupholders don't even look like they were wiped out. There are still little pieces of wrapper in the door compartment. It's just not clean. I get that it won't be perfect. I have cleaned my own car before and yes I miss things. But seriously, I'm gonna have to wipe down the entire car myself even though I just paid $24 to have it done. read more
