For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. When I didn't get back to them soon enough, they went to the store and perfectly matched the color, no VOC, and other specifications. They took the time to evaluate the place and ask lots of questions about my goal with painting the place, the sort of paint I wanted, etc. I had a quote the next morning, and we moved forward with the project Saturday. My spot is a an old 505 sq ft studio in DuPont, and they were able to complete the project in a day. The previous owner of my spot hadn't taken care of the place very well, so the paint was chipping and cracking all over the place. They stripped the previous paint, sanded, prepped the walls, and even used a specific type of primer near my AC unit to minimize water damage on the paint. The place looks fresh and clean, which is exactly what I wanted. The quote was around $100 less than the lowest estimate I got elsewhere, and the work was both quick and pristine. I would recommend them to others in the DMV.
