We were having a hard time visualizing the pool size and space, so the salesman actually had a full size template of the pool which he laid out in our yard, that was a huge help. Two of the other companies we tried to talk to seemed to be more bothered by us than willing to help. Our salesperson from Surfside actually spent several hours showing various options and completed pools, and came back and visited with us again to help us position the pool template just right and help us visualize what we would eventually have, I am so glad he did, the final layout works best. We got a full quote including possible additional costs involved in building the pool, the other companies did not mention any of these costs, and our pool came in on budget as estimated. The crew worked very hard to build the pool on time, and it was completed in less than three weeks. Our family loves our pool, and have had no issues with it. Occasionally I will have a question and when I call the store, they are always helpful. I would ( and have ) recommend this company.

I purchased a liner from Surfside Pools in August 2024, it was $700 and change and then with tax over $800. I was looking for an installer for the liner and the girl at the store said they have installers that work for Surfside Pool, they are not independent contractors. I hired one of their supposed installers but do believe he is an independent contractor. He showed up without any notice and called me at work and said he was there. I said I could not leave work and did not know he was coming. He said you don't have to be here. When I got home, he left debris all on one side of my pool, plastic, paper, screws and a razor blade near my pool pump. He also took my spade shovel. I was not impressed at all with the installation, the bottom of the pool was wrinkled but as long as it was installed correctly and would last, I did not want to complain. I called the installer and said you took my shovel by accident, and he said he would return it the next day. He came the next day when I was in the backyard and he stuck it into the ground on the side of my driveway. I said thank you and he said oh ya you would have been out all of like 30 bucks and he left. The pool was closed after the installation because it was late Aug 2024 and was too cold at the point. We used it the summer of 2025. It was then closed properly. Early April I had a blow out and all the water drained. I looked at the liner and noticed it was split all at the seam of the liner at the bottom of the pool. I contacted Surfside Pool and thought surely they will help me and back their product and services but NOPE! I sent pictures and they said that is not at the seam so I asked them to send one of their employees out to look for themselves because it was absolutely right at the seam all around. I got the same rehearsed speech from 3 Surfside Pool employees, it was a very bad winter and alot of people unfortunately have the same problem, nothing we can do. They sent out a repair man and I was told by him how wonderful Surfside Pool is and that I would get a free liner, which really is a replacement liner, not free! And he would be able to install for around $1,100 to $1,500. I just paid over $2,000 a year and a half ago and I have to pay again!!!!!! I asked to talk to the owner Rick and Rick did call and offered to sell me a left over liner from last year. It is $550 but I will sell it to you for $350 and will set you up with one of our installers. I would have to buy the liner again and pay for installation again. If Rick had met me somewhere in the middle, this would not be on here but NOPE, no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!! Don't use this company, if you have any trouble they will not help you.

This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

Came home from work and saw it wasn't opened. Never heard from them and so I called the next day to see what was up. Was told by the rude and arrogant person who answered (possibly the owner not sure) they were gonna pass on opening it up because they couldn't access the pump easily enough and there were leaves on top of cover. Mind you I waited about 3 weeks for this appointment because they said they were busy. I normally open each year myself with no issues and yah I drain the water off the top which I had already done for them, and remove the leaves and hook things up without an issue. I am very disappointed in them. I bought the pool from them 5 years ago and had them install it with no issue a d they did a great job so I'm not sure what's going on with them but I would highly NOT recommend them. I already opened it myself and it was up and running within a couple hours.

They made themselves available to us when we needed them, were always quick with responses and kept us in the loop with all the expenses, what the work was they were doing and why they were doing it throughout the entire summer.
