The conduct of the…read moresecretary who works for this company is rude, disrespectful and egregious and will most certainly leave a bad taste in your mouth. Almost instantly after I said 'hello' I was attacked, berated, and bullied upon calling me regarding a late payment. I was hardly allowed to respond. I politely apologized, as well as, informing her I recently sent a check in the mail - the amount was $90 - my check included an extra $35, without receiving a notice of any incurred late fees, for the inconvenience of a late payment. She completely disregarded that information and proceeded to berate and degrade me. This woman has no regard for their customers - ex. lack of consideration to get my name right despite multiple corrections. I take care of my mother who is disabled, and sometimes payments may get behind me I can understand the frustration in late payments, especially if it is a regular occurrence, but this was our first interaction in this matter. To be approached with such a lack of empathy and understanding - especially to a new customer to the business is disheartening and severely unfortunate for the business owner. I will not be requesting any future service from this company, and I also advise anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere.

Most recently, a neighbors fence company cut our sprinkler line, they came that day and charged a service fee (extremely reasonable) and ran all other zones to make sure no other issues! HIGHLY recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. We hired TJ Painting (or…read morewhatever variation of the name they're using this month) for a full interior repaint of our 3-bedroom home. From the very first phone call, the owner Thomas was condescending, dismissive, and openly rude. He's the type of person who acts like he's doing you a massive favor by showing up, then gets angry when you expect basic professionalism in return. There are dozens of painting companies in the area that will treat you with respect, communicate clearly, and actually fix what they messed up. This is not one of them. Save yourself the headache and the money. Go anywhere else. Thomas - if you're reading this: maybe try being less hostile to the people who are paying you thousands of dollars. It's not a good business strategy.

Buyer Beware, Our company was given a job by Armco Flooring to install a granite counter top for…read moreone of Armco' s customers. We did the job, the customer was very happy with our work, but not with Armco Flooring. Customer claims he was told what color granite to get by Joe Armano, owner of Armco Flooring, this color did not match his color scheme and as a result would not pay his final bill. Our company became involved, and agreed to take off $500.00 just to settle the bill. That left Armco Flooring with a bill of $1,500 which Joe Armano said he would pay. The bill remains unpaid, Joe's responce is to curse at any attempt to collect this bill, and hang up the phone. I think sites such as Yelp are very usefull to give possible customers, an idea of what type of company they are dealing with. Dishonest bussiness owners such as Joe Armano can be called out, Buyer beware.

We hired Designer Sprinkler Service to install a full irrigation system throughout our yard, and…read moreFred and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Our yard had become mostly dirt and patchy grass, with no practical way to keep it watered. We were also having Neighborhood Landscaping prepare and seed the yard, and Fred worked directly with their owner, Jeff, to coordinate the timing. He explained the process to us and handled the details with Jeff, which made everything easy on our end. This was not an easy installation. Our yard sits several flights of stairs above the street, and the crew had to dig trenches by hand and navigate piping around difficult walls and landscaping. They showed up on time, worked hard, and were incredibly nice throughout. Nobody complained about the access or the conditions, and they made sure all our questions about the new system were answered before leaving. The seed is now in, the sprinklers are running, and we're finally looking forward to having grass again. We really appreciated the care they took and how well they worked with Neighborhood Landscaping. Highly recommend Fred and his team.
