The man that came to show us samples and give us an estimate was great. He was on time, knowledgeable and helpful in picking out colors. He did not rush us into a final decision and we really appreciated that. Since we had seen pictures and videos of the flooring being done in other garages, and because the tech was so great, we decided to go ahead with it. He told us they were booking 8 weeks out and that someone would call us to schedule an appointment. We gave him a hefty deposit. Weeks passed and we did not hear from anyone to schedule, so we called. We did not feel it was good business practice to take our deposit and not call within a few days to schedule. We made our appointment. The day came when our garage floor was to be done. We had moved everything from our garage into our living room the night before. The installers came and tested the floor for moisture and said they could not install and would try again the following day. This was very frustrating because no one told us that moisture could delay the installation and we had a living room full of items from our garage. They came back several times before they were finally able to install, and every time was last minute, no appointment made. Good thing my wife works from home. How do they expect people to be available at a moments notice? During the weeks we waited, we went back and forth about whether to cancel and decided the whole ordeal was so annoying and decided to cancel. I emailed the company to tell them this. The owner called me and refused to give us our deposit back, claiming materials had already been purchased and it's in the contract that deposits are non-refundable. I argued that he was the owner and could refund our deposit if he wanted to and that the color we picked was very common so I believe they could have used it on someone else. I also argued that no one explained about the moisture and this should be made very clear to anyone considering having this process done. He wouldn't budge. We had to either lose the 1k+ deposit and not get the floor done or deal with this frustrating booking experience and shell out another 2k to have it done. We decided to go ahead. Finally the garage was complete. A few days later we got a call from someone to arrange for a payment to be made. I explained to her that the job wasn't even done yet! (We had also scheduled our front steps to be done but of course they were too wet!) She had no idea the job wasn't complete and told us she would call back when it was. Finally the day came to do the steps (again after several attempts at checking moisture levels). A couple weeks passed and I got a voicemail, "I have been trying to call you to arrange a payment." She didn't say her name, or what company she was calling from! And she hadn't called/left a measage before that. So rude and unprofessional. We made the payment and are done with this company. If you want a very frustrating experience and want to deal with rude, unprofessional people, this is for you. Otherwise, run the other way! The floor is nice but every time I look at it I'm reminded of the jerks we had to deal with to get it installed. read more

Our garage floor was a mess after 5 yrs of dirty, salty car tires, oil changes and the like. Minor cracks and salt damage. Symphony fixed it all! They fixed the cracks, ground down the surface to eliminate all the yuck, rounded the edges so there are no corners to accumulate dust. The final surface is gorgeous! The finished floor has a nice shiny texture which is surprisingly grippy. You get what you pay for! Very happy read more

I first had Symphony concrete come to my house in April to do my garage floor. They showed up on-time, dressed professionally and was very polite. I purchased on the spot because I knew the quality I was receiving and how good my garage would look. When the day came to complete the garage floor we found a lot of wet spots in my garage. They came back every single day and tested the floor for an entire week. They then lent me fans to dry the floor for a week, during that time they came back and checked it every day. By May they probally came to my house around 20 times. They were always communicative with me and kept me updated as to when they would come. After months of trying different solutions they finally found something and got the job done ASAP! They were absolutely fantastic to work with, even the owner called me to let me know they are looking for solutions to fix the issue with my garage. You wold be crazy to go anywhere else. read more

Awful !!! After our somewhat pushy salesman left with our deposit - that we HAD to give that night in order to "lock in our price" I had a bad gut feeling but didn't listen to it. When I reached out to our salesman via email for paperwork explaining the warranty on the product a day or two later I was met with reluctance and told he couldn't provide it to me. When I insisted he went over my head (even though MY NAME was the only name on the deposit check I wrote!) and called my live in boyfriend.... after that incident we waited 2 weeks and heard nothing of an install date - I had to reach out to the owner of the company to ask when install would be happening - a couple of days later I finally received a email from the Operations manager with our install date. We were told by our salesman that on the day of install he would show up with his crew to make sure all was good to go - day of install - our salesman, who I haven't heard anything from since our emails about the warranty, was no where in site and the "crew" they sent to do a 700 foot area consisted of (1) middle aged woman and (1) middle aged man, in a pick up truck with the truck bed FULL of trash bags... on top of that neither one of them could speak even a word of English.... when I called the operations manager his solution to this was that if we needed to speak to the crew or them to us we could call him (operations manager) and talk to him on the phone - I told him that's unacceptable - if a "crew" is coming here to do a 5k job I should be able to communicate with at least (1) person on the crew - Symphony operations manager nor the owner, Gary, seemed to think that being able to communicate with the "crew" was necessary. We cancelled our job, I lost $1500.00 and we will go with another company - don't waste your time or money on this company read more

Scheduled appointment to get an estimate for epoxy coating for my patio and mud room. The first appointment this company never showed up and called the day after saying the sales person was sick. I rescheduled and then they said they could not make it. An emergency. Car broke down. But they were already a half hour late and didn't bother to call. I had to text them. Horrible company!!!! After our sales pitch we never heard from our rep again ... I had to reach out to owners directly for a response..... Day of install ... Our rep "Darcy" who stated at sales pitch that he'd be on site on day of install ... Nope not here and haven't heard from him since he left our house with our deposit check...... The crew that showed up consisted of (1) 50 year old completely non English speaking woman and (1) 50 year old completely non English speaking man with a work truck full literally full of trash bags, here to do a 650 square foot, 3 room space..... When I called the owner to ask how are we supposed to communicate with this "crew" his snotty response was ... You can call me..... I cancelled our job..... Not a professional company at all !!!! Do not do it!!!! Not to mention that while I was on the phone with the owner Gary and he was arguing with me that it shouldn't matter whether or not his crew can speak any English at all he then proceeded to ask me if he could speak to my husband instead.... read more

I signed the contract in February after seeing a display at a home show. I was looking at a June installation. In April I called and told them that I changed my mind and tried to cancel. The owner refused to return one penny of my deposit. $2,500.00. Claimed that he already ordered the material and it was supposedly a very rare color. Scheduled install in June, then July, then August, and didn't get it done until September. Luckily my wife is a teacher and had the summer off because they had to come 7 or 8 times. The concrete has to be below a certain moisture level or they can't apply the product. They don't tell you this up front. Actually I never got the copy of the contract until I tried to cancel. They make you sign an IPad and say they'll email you a copy but don't. That way you can't cancel it within 3 days. The workers are fine but the owner is incredibly rude. I would have had to take 7 to 8 days off if my wife wasn't home. When it finally got done there were 6 or 7 spots where you can see straight through to the concrete. I sent pictures and they said they would talk to the installation crew and get back to me. That was 5 weeks ago. Still waiting. Not sure what the longevity is for this. I hope it's good because I guarantee that they won't come back to fix it without a court order. By the way, the installer said that the color I chose was very common. I wouldn't recommend this product or company to anyone. read more
