I had a great experience with Sir Grout. The owner, Chris, came out personally to look at and…read moreestimate the job. It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue. So I can highly recommend Sir Grout!

He spent time on the phone with me. He answered my questions. He advised me. He made suggestions I might not have thought of. He kept me from doing more than I needed or spending more than I needed to spend. I could tell in his voice that he would be the person I would be hiring. Beyond that, his prices were competitive and attractive. I knew I was not only getting a good price, but value for the dollars I was investing. As good as that experience was, it got better. He was on top of the order for the wood. He scheduled promptly. He did what he said he would do (in a world of installations where we as homeowners are happy when someone shows up).
