Very personable, kind men. The only thing I didn't like was the dust but when you have to cut granite inside a house, it can't be avoided, unless they tape up plastic. But, you still get dust. Everything seemed fine until about two years ago when we discovered hairline cracks developing at the front of the sink. At first I thought it's stone after all and may have had some weakness at that point but it continued to enlarge to the point where I began filling the voids with a two part epoxy to keep water out. It continued to enlarge to the point where I felt like I should contact this business to see if they had any advise for me or could offer an explanation or remedy. I called and spoke to Majid and asked if he would send a technician to the house to check it out. He immediately got defensive with me and stated that there is no guaranty, spoke of 'normal wear', the possible consequence of hard usage, how I wouldn't expect a car to last 12 years etc, etc. He also stated that it's not that unusual as he had just recently had another individual in his store with a similar problem. Note that I at no point stated that I had purchased from him and that his people had done the installation or that improper installation is one of the main reasons sited for this type of issue. In any case, we agreed that I would send him photos and fully expected some type of response. That response never came and after a week of stewing about it, I decided for the first time in my life to write a review and post it on Yelp. If you're considering making a significant purchase like this, just be aware that problems can and do occur with stone and that you can expect zero support from this business if seeking remedy.
