They reglazed my entire bathroom. Came out pretty good. Floor is not under warranty but it is much better than the scratched tile previously. They said they would take care of the caulking in the shower before glazing but they did not. Wish I had redone the caulking before they came. But it still looks ok. read more

Reglaze7 did a nice job of refinishing my bathtub. The worker took the time to carefully cover all surfaces surrounding the bathtub to protect them from chemicals used in the reglazing process. He also used a large diameter flexible duct to vent fumes to the outside. When he finished reglazing the tub, he also caulked all around it. The bathtub now looks brand new. Of course, the real test will be how good the finish looks in several years from now. I am cautiously optimistic that it will last several years ... care & maintenance guidelines were provided by Reglaze7 that make it clear that you shouldn't use abrasive cleaners on the new finish. read more

Jose did a fantastic job on my very ugly old tub. He had to make two trips because the first time he found out that there was a leak that required a plumber. Here is my experience that left me completly puzzled: - exchanged emails and calls and scheduled that appointment; everything was absolutely fine - the technician showed up late for the appointment; had a look at the bathtub, took some pictures and called the office. After the call he told me that he does not have right stuff and some other technician is coming to deal with my tub. Then he walked away to his truck. - I called the office and was told that nobody can come today day and we need re-schedule cause my apartment is so far from the building entrance that there should be two technicians to bring all the equipment and material for the job - On my comment that I do not have much spare time for this and my offer to help to carry stuff intstead of the second technician I was told then I might be better off to find some other company to provide the service. The call got dropped without any further conversation - None of my repeated calls got answered from that point on I do not really know what to make out of this but I would definitely suggest to avoid this company altogether.
