Friendly , professional and very knowledgeable with coming up with solutions for any problems encountered as is likely with 30 year old construction. Finally I found the price very fair for the quality of work. Rick M.

Buyer beware: ---…read more We had Cambria quartz installed through StoneOne, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The product arrived damaged in a location that, according to Cambria themselves, could not have been caused by the customer. It was clearly damaged during installation. Despite this, after months of back and forth communication, StoneOne has refused to take accountability or help resolve the issue. We've had to deal directly with Cambria to address the problem. It's been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable had they handled things professionally. Beware--our experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and responsibility.

It was a small project and we had had a difficult time finding someone to take it on. We were incredibly lucky to find Christopher at just the right time. We reached out to him on a Wednesday afternoon and the timing worked out that he came by the very next day, gave us a very reasonable quote, and was able to start the work on Friday, and complete it on Saturday. His communication was excellent, and he was very straightforward about the whole process. He let us know exactly what he was going to do and checked in throughout the work to be sure it was what we wanted. He's a trustworthy guy, as well as just a very nice person to work with. We couldn't be happier about the work - he did a fast, thorough, and phenomenal job, and was kind enough to offer us advice and pointers on the painting (still upcoming!) that would need to be done after the construction. I strongly recommend Christopher - you won't be disappointed.

He worked with our schedules to ensure minimal disruption, which we were very thankful for, having an infant son. The project was executed seamlessly and Wander kept communication open with us the entire time. He was proactive in telling us that a few extra days were needed to complete the project. We couldn't be more happy with the results! His team went above and beyond, even touching up and painting different spots inside and outside the house that weren't originally in scope, at no extra cost. The team kept a clean work environment and left no trace that they were even in our home. When a few minor issues were identified post-project, Wander was quick to address them. We will most certainly be reaching out to Wander and Crane Carpentry for our next renovation project.
