We had a very nice experience, all the way from choosing the granite through installation. We took our time choosing what slab of granite we wanted and went back a couple of times. We never felt rushed to make a decision, and in fact were told to take all the time we needed to make the right choice for us. Once we chose the perfect piece, Ed the owner came over to do the templating. Once that was done, our new countertops were quickly installed by a friendly and courteous crew. Including a special order sink that Debbie found for us which was exactly what we were looking for. Our new countertops look beautiful. I would hire them again for any of my granite needs.

When we decided that the quartz that we wanted was beyond our budget, Wandra recommended some other quartz manufacturers that could be negotiated with if we found something that we liked. We found exactly what we wanted at the second manufacturer and, good to her word, Wandra worked some magic and brought the price down into our budget. She was extremely responsive and kept us in the loop for fabrication and scheduling. Wandra then worked with us on layout, showing us mutiple layout options that would maximize the beauty of quartz' pattern. The installers were, prompt, courteous, and very neat. They did a great job with the installation, can barely see the seams. They cleaned up extremely well once they were done. I would definitely recommend EF Granite and Wandra Nunes, for a great experience with new counter tops.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! But it didn't match and looked horrible and the "fix" was easy! Match it to the others and no one would notice. I got the Thermo doors. They look like solid doors that would hold up for a long time but then, ALL of the doors starting buckling and bubbling up after only about 5 years!! I emailed Matt and no answer!! I had to keep emailing him asking to call me before he finally did and just said, Oh yeah, that happens. It's called, delamination and there's only a 5 year warranty so your'e SOOL! Unbelievable to me that they would sell such an inferior product and try to pass it off as OK with no warning or care!! You're on your own after that!! Buyer Beware!!
