We recently had 100 sq feet of granite put in our new kitchen reno. Mass Granite by far provided the best service, pricing, quality and selection of all the places we visited. They are a smaller family run operation, we felt welcomed and were immediately escorted out to the stone yard to review options by one of the owners (Fabio). No sales pressure and helpful advice. They were up front with the price of the different selections. Their on-site selection in Acton is not huge, but their website was a great way to browse the different varieties they offer through their local suppliers... including cost by square foot installed. We visited one of their supplies (CBS in Winchster) a few days later and were blown away by the selection and organization. Most slabs were stored indoors, nice on a cold day. As mentioned service was great. They had a lot of jobs to complete by the holidays, but promised they would squeeze us in. They were able to template, fabricate and install in a little over a week, amazing. The detail of the fabrication was exceptional. Little touches like wrap around corners and partial bevels to shorter cabinets were a nice touch. Laser measuring they use helps to get this detail. Carlos and Jose worked straight through dinner for the installation, a total of 5 hrs. Seams were well hidden and everything was true and straight to the walls. Highly recommend Mass Granite. I was told by Enos North Hampton, Haverhill granite, Home Depot, Lowe's and multiple contractors told me to give up finding Persia Blue. I googled massive granite selection, then Mass granite came up. Luckily; Mass Granite has big inventory I decided to make a call, unbelievable with their customer service they call you back even if you don't leave a message and the bonus "their price is unbeatable". I showed up wanted Persia Blue there were three, one was taking, I was undecided; they went out of their way lift, moved the slab of granite so I can decide, it turned out these are all same. They were happily moved the products so you can have your best choice. They came out to my house in New Hampshire which is a long drive. Two times they were unable to measure counter top due to my contractors not ready. They were extremely friendly, nice and willing to come back another day. I also was undecided about the two sink and edge of granite, I called, they asked for a photo of kitchen counter. So, I sent. Thank you Mass Granite! I showed up at my house this morning, I was speechless how beautiful, a nice design at the end of my kitchen counter where the door entrance is. Even my General contractors never seen this before we're so pleased. My kitchen counter top was done by Mass Granite this week and I am extremely happy with their work. I selected the Quartz at their place in Acton, Fabio and Igar ( owners) were extremely helpful, Their price was reasonable, I can testify that because I went to at least 5 other places to get quotes and compared everything in detail. Mass Granite did the laser template without removing my old counter top. Template was done in less than one hour by Daniel. A few days later Mass Granite arranged for the installation. Installation was perfect. Mass granite also arranged for the plumber. David ( the plummer and his colleague) both of them are excellent plumbers, they finished the job right after installation of the counter top. Everything went on very well and I am extremely pleased. The other places where I went for quotes told me that the whole process will take several days ( removing the faucets and your existing counter top for the template and then the installation of the new counter top) and also they do not send any plumber at the same time,that means you have to go for several days without your kitchen, Mass granite accomplished their work in the shortest period of time without inconveniencing me. Extremely happy with their product and service. We wanted quartz countertops, waterfall island and full height quartz backsplash. From the 6 estimates I received, Fabio offered the most competitive one. Plus everything was done only by phone and emails, including the quartz selection. Very reponsive, he made sure and offered solutions for my project to be perfect, like the countertop seam to be in the middle of the cooktop and the backsplash seam behind the faucet, plus all the veins to match perfectly. The installers were very nice, on time and helpful answering our questions, made perfect cuts for faucet, push button for disposal and a custom round hole for the sillites outlet in the island. Mass Granite has a nice and large selection of granite and edge styles. Prices are competitive,but they also had a beautiful selection of granite at a lower price. That adds up when you are doing a counter and backsplash. The service is exceptional. Janine cares very much about the client experience. She follows up and really cares about the work they do. Mass Granite came out this morning to trim my counters to make room for a new stove. They were quick, courteous, and cleaned up well. The price was very fair. I had called four other granite shops in the area explaining what I needed done -- two never returned my call, and a third made an appointment but didn't show.
