I asked what was going on and why no one had shown up, but she wouldn't provide an explanation and just kept asking me for my information. This was extremely frustrating, especially after receiving multiple confirmations and setting aside time for the appointment.

The owner called me the day before he was to start and said he was sick but would definitely start sometime later that week. Called multiple times (several different numbers) over the next week but never heard from him again. We called all 3 references that he gave us. All the feedback was good. Probably his family and friends. Don't depend on references. It is surprising that he can run a business in a small town like Windham, NH with this lack of integrity. My rating is definitely a negative one.

Mike and his crew painted my house last fall. The quote was less than others. It's about a 2,000…read moresquare foot colonial. Much of the paint was flaking from the clapboards. Before a brush ever touched the house, they scraped and sanded nearly every surface that would receive paint. At one point there were 4-5 guys working on the house. Each day they raked up all the paint chips they had scraped from the 30 year-old house. A few days later they had not only laid down 2-3 coats but they also painted my shutters and the trim around several windows. I was not charged for the extra work, which was not included in the quote. The house, shutters and trim look excellent. I an about to hire them to fix some sheet rock issues in the garage and paint it. Mike and his crew were nothing but professional. I have no problem using them again and recommending them.

David claimed that stock was ordered was never delivered, including a considerable amount of framing material and a pulldown stair staircase. Since he ordered and received these materials I put him in touch with Lowes to straighten the matter out, which he never did. He damaged a $2000 door, never told me it was damaged. NFG
