The owner called me the day before he was to start and said he was sick but would definitely start sometime later that week. Called multiple times (several different numbers) over the next week but never heard from him again. We called all 3 references that he gave us. All the feedback was good. Probably his family and friends. Don't depend on references. It is surprising that he can run a business in a small town like Windham, NH with this lack of integrity. My rating is definitely a negative one.

Before a brush ever touched the house, they scraped and sanded nearly every surface that would receive paint. At one point there were 4-5 guys working on the house. Each day they raked up all the paint chips they had scraped from the 30 year-old house. A few days later they had not only laid down 2-3 coats but they also painted my shutters and the trim around several windows. I was not charged for the extra work, which was not included in the quote. The house, shutters and trim look excellent. David claimed that stock was ordered was never delivered, including a considerable amount of framing material and a pulldown stair staircase.
