We purchased our home toward the end of the construction process, so while we weren't involved in the initial design or major decisions, we were extremely impressed with the quality of construction, attention to detail, and overall craftsmanship. Denali was also accommodating with the few modifications we wanted to make before completion. When we decided to finish our basement, choosing Denali for the project was an easy decision. It was a substantial undertaking, transforming approximately 1,700 square feet into several living and entertainment spaces, including a media room, game room, office, bar, bathroom, and sauna. We're extremely pleased with how everything turned out, and the finished space feels like a natural extension of the rest of our home. Having now worked with Denali on both our original home purchase and a major finishing project, we've developed a great appreciation for the quality of their work and the care they put into their projects. The fact that we chose to work with them again speaks to the confidence we have in their team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Denali to anyone looking to build a new home or complete a major renovation!

Bedford Home Improvement is our Go-To contractor for house painting & repairs. Our previous…read moreexperiences with Bruce Randal was everything we expected in terms of quality of work, workmanship capabilities of his employees & professionalism. We had our house painted and had some structural repairs and finish work done. His prices are very fair compared to others, and his business success is mostly by word-of-mouth. His employees are very considerate and make it a point to clean up at the end of each day's work. Bruce is very particular about the work he and his crew performs for his customers. In particular is Bruce's follow-up after the work is completed, both near-term, and a year later, to confirm we were still satisfied with his work, or if anything needed to be addressed. You just can't find a contractor like that anymore and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

On the day of the install, a sub contractor showed up instead of Bedford Home Improvement employees. Bruce was at my home for the first 30 minutes then left. The sub contractor was in such a hurry to get the job done in one day they did not replace some of the plywood that the contract stated would be replaced. As result the roof shingles are lifting in some areas which will impact the life of the roof. I had called, texted and e-mailed Bruce with limited response saying he will take care of it. After months of trying to resolve this I am now taking him to small claims court. I wish I had not used Bedford Home Improvement. Bob B.
