He was well prepared and knowledgable, educating us on all their products and services in a clear and concise way. No one else in this industry was as transparent and had the paperwork and referrals to back their stelar reputation. I've had some bad experiences with other roofing companies. So, it was immediately clear to me I was in good hands. They even communicated often with us, checking in to see if we had questions and letting us know when the products were going to be delivered. I felt confident and comfortable working with them and I would hire them again when my next roofing project comes up.

My new roof looks amazing, and I know it was installed with the utmost care. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the job. The project was completed quickly and efficiently. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up the site thoroughly after the job was finished. The team was respectful of my property and took extra precautions not to damage my shrubs that I was unable to cover. After the job was completed, Ryan came back to my house to make sure nothing was left behind from the dumpster or crew. This attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. I am so glad I went with Patriot Roofing. They far exceeded my expectations.

The stairs were tricky due to existing structures (old house) but they figured out the best approach and executed it beautifully. PBS handled the permit, the check for gas/water lines, and multiple inspections. All I had to do was make a couple decisions when presented with options, and then sit back and relax. Work proceeded on time, in pretty much all weather--in fact they started the day after a February blizzard, which didn't seem to bother them at all! The team was courteous, helpful, and answered all my questions. When the project finished, clean-up was fast and thorough. Definitely recommend Professional Building Services, and will contact them first the next time I need work done!

He came out to give us a quote and returned a couple more times to answer additional questions, show off the product, and make sure we were fully educated. He also was very frank about addressing competitor products, and was knowledgable about their product lines as well. When it came down to money, Lou was flexible and willing to negotiate, and we're very happy with the final price we agreed to. Their crew was just 2 guys (one of whom was a co-owner of the Morgan Exteriors) doing 20 windows and it took them 5 hours. Blown away by their speed and efficiency. They were clean, respectful (I work from home so was around while they completed the project), and the end result is incredible. Very happy with our new Okna windows and look forward to a warmer winter this year!

Within 24 hours, I had a very thorough/detailed estimate for my new roof project. Between the other good reviews on yelp + the great first impression + the excellent quote, Queen City Roofing won my business. They quickly completed my new roof in one day, took payment via credit card and even sent a progression of photos as they roofed my home. AND I was out of town the entire time - so even more impressive to me the level of great customer service without even being at home. Definitely let them at least quote your job. I suspect they'll win your business, too!

We went with them, and the final cost was $19,500. Both quotes had a 50-year warranty, and the only differences were that Vaillancourt put a 4' higher layer of the neoprene (I think) barrier, and they used Owens Corning shingles. Even though I do not know the names of name-brand shingles, I am 100% sure that Queen City Roofing also used an excellent brand, if for no other reason than they do not want to come back to do repairs. Anyway, those two little differences were not worth $15,000!! I also recommend using their recommended finance company as they were much easier to get what amounts to a high-dollar personal loan, than through my bank, for only 1% higher interest rate. Anyway, when they finally did the job, I was worried about how many nails would be left on the ground. Well, they did an incredible cleanup job. Based on the quotes I mentioned, you can imagine we have a very large roof, and so far, I have found 6 nails. They had 12 guys working that day, and did the whole roof in one day. They started at 7 a.m., and were done by 4:30! I cannot recommend them enough.

We met Dan, owner and operator of Top Notch Remodeling, through a friend. We wanted new siding but were scared - we'd heard tales of $10K+ price tags and just didn't know where to turn. Luckily Dan came to our rescue. He's amiable, realistic, efficient - I'm shocked to say that we found an honest contractor that does great work. Dan made himself available to us after work and on weekends. He walked us around our house, explaining in great detail the work he planned on doing. He gave us his opinion of what additional improvements we should make to the house (a new door, windows, and roof), but was honest and told us which things could wait, and which we should do sooner rather than later. We need replacement windows, and rather than trying to pressure us into hiring him to install them, he told us that if we decided to do them ourselves to save money, he'd be willing to give us any installation advice we needed at any time. Dan gave us a great quote on siding, and we couldn't pass it up. He even recommended that we strip the old siding off ourselves, since it would save us money. He takes credit cards, too, which made it even easier for us. The work itself was done quickly and efficiently, given the cold and rainy days we had while he was working. We're very happy with the work he did and would recommend him to anyone. In fact, we're planning on hiring him again to install new gutters on the house in the spring. If you work done to your house and you don't know where to turn, give Dan a call. We're glad we did.
