After checking the basement and sump pump system (which was working perfectly) he carefully explained possible options that were available he believed could benefit the safety and longevity of both basement and house He patiently went over each option and their price without any high-pressure, used-car-dealer salesmanship antics, only polite suggestions. While doing the work the crew drilled one of their helicals through our sewer line causing us to be forced from our home until we could get another company to come and do the repair. When I notified Erickson about this issue and the cost to repair they refused to pay for this. Their offer was to dig the hole for the repair company. We had spent close to $20000 for the work they performed and it ended up costing me another $6000 for the repair. There is NO WAY I would recommend Erickson to do any repair work for anyone. Beware of this company. Their Customer Service is non-existent.

Bedford Home Improvement is our Go-To contractor for house painting & repairs. Our previous…read moreexperiences with Bruce Randal was everything we expected in terms of quality of work, workmanship capabilities of his employees & professionalism. We had our house painted and had some structural repairs and finish work done. His prices are very fair compared to others, and his business success is mostly by word-of-mouth. His employees are very considerate and make it a point to clean up at the end of each day's work. Bruce is very particular about the work he and his crew performs for his customers. In particular is Bruce's follow-up after the work is completed, both near-term, and a year later, to confirm we were still satisfied with his work, or if anything needed to be addressed. You just can't find a contractor like that anymore and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

On the day of the install, a sub contractor showed up instead of Bedford Home Improvement employees. Bruce was at my home for the first 30 minutes then left. The sub contractor was in such a hurry to get the job done in one day they did not replace some of the plywood that the contract stated would be replaced. As result the roof shingles are lifting in some areas which will impact the life of the roof. I had called, texted and e-mailed Bruce with limited response saying he will take care of it. After months of trying to resolve this I am now taking him to small claims court. I wish I had not used Bedford Home Improvement. Bob B.
