I hired this company to perform a small gutter repair project at my home in Andover in the Fall of…read more2025. They did a great job with the repair. However, as the crew was departing they accidentally backed over a light pole in my driveway. The company owner contacted me and assured me they would cover the entire cost of repairing/replacing the pole and fixture, and that's exactly what happened. The owner was extremely good at communicating, and as I incurred repair costs he promptly sent me reimbursement checks with no hassle, and no need for me to "follow-up" and remind him to reimburse me. As consideration of the effort I put in coordinating the light pole replacement, he also refunded the total cost of the original gutter repair visit. Sometimes, accidents happen. What sets businesses apart is how they handle the aftermath. In this case, I can't say enough good things about this company. They are stand-up people, and truly honor their relationships with their clients. The next time I need gutter repair services, I will hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

The owner, Dan, was more responsive than most contractors I've worked with in my life. He didn't use hard sales tactics to pressure us into making a decision on the spot like the other companies that send out sales guys only concerned with hitting their quota. Still, he came out to the property right away and always responded quickly to our questions. It was clear he was a trustworthy and knowledgeable guy. He helped us come up with an option that would complement our house's architectural style. Normally, gutters are an eyesore or fade into the background at best, but these ones actually enhance our curb appeal. The price was fair for the options we selected and great for the service we received. Can't recommend them enough. *This is an honest review written without incentives. Some of these other sales guys promised discounts for writing reviews, but Skyline runs an honest business.*
