He also installed all new ridge and soffit vents throughout and replaced the roofs on the two sheds in my backyard so that all the shingles matched. The quality of work is excellent, the crew is very respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves, you would never know they were here unless you saw the house the day before they arrived. No damage was done to my yard or driveway and everything was completed in one day. We were very pleased with Manny and his staff of four. They arrived early but did not come to the door before 8:00. They removed the existing rubber roof and replaced it with a new roof. They worked diligently all day and even went above and beyond enclosing the door frame with vinyl so that there would be no leaks. The estimate Manny gave was very fair (compared to three other estimates) and again we were very pleased with his work. There was no loud music, loud talking, or smoking and all four workers stayed to complete the cleanup when the job was finished.
