In February he was hired for installing Windows and for installing siding and trim. He started installing the siding and trim months later and disappeared for months in the middle, it took 5 months to get to 90% done and now he decided that he is not going to install the 6 windows that he has a contract to install. His work is poor quality, he used cheap nails to install PVC trim instead of exterior screws, left huge gaps in the window trim. broke my gas vent to my heating system and never replaced it, he was hired to install Pella windows, he could not install them so he installed cheap Home Depot American Craftsman and took the labels off hoping that I would not notice, when I confronted him he said he would install Provia windows instead on a change order and never ordered or installed them. He did not apply caulking correctly around the house bent my new gutters with his ladder, did not put tyvek behind some siding left a dumpster full of trash and refused to pay the dumpster company to remove it, now I have to hire someone else to fix everything he did incorrectly and fix the damage.

We have reached out to M Pinguil NUMEROUS times requesting that they return to re-do/rectify the issue but the owner Marco, has been brushing us off. He has told us he would be there on 4 different occasions and has never showed. Unfortunately, only way to rectify this now is by filling a liability claim through their insurance. t is my honor and pleasure to highly recommend Collins Custom Exteriors for your home repairs…read more There couldn't be a kinder, more honest, or better team to hire for the job! Rorrie responded immediately to my call after high winds caused extensive roof damage to my home. The insurance company recommended that I hire a contractor to make emergency repairs to prevent further damage until roof could be replaced after winter season. Knowing the imminent threat of more severe weather, CCE came out only days later to complete the temporary repairs. This gave me peace and reassurance given the situation. Such outstanding professionalism , compassion, and care was demonstrated... these emergency repairs were made on Christmas Eve! Thank you, Rorrie and team for not only coming to the rescue and being a top-notch roofer but for being a truly amazing person and someone you can trust. Best to you

We had several other contractors who told us wehad to replace the entire side of the house, even though it appeared the damagewas in one specific area. Rorrie said they could fix it without having to rip everythingout. We had a few calls before the work was done where he explained everything in greatdetail (and with great patience). The work itself is complete, and the siding looks great. Theypulled back the areas that needed work, replaced the plywood that was rotted, and even helped buttress some of the framing. They then covered everything backup and repainted. At the end, they also walked around the house to point outany potential things to watch out for or that need attention. I definitely plan to use them again to fix any future siding issues that come up! Great work at a very good price! Highly recommend!
