He was exceptional with his customer service, getting me swatches, stitching options, etc. Had to wait over 2 months. Now I know why. When I showed up to pick it up, I was stunned with the quality, and the entire interior was transformed. The quality equaled OEM Porsche seats, and maybe better: mass produced seats have "perfect" stitching, which means automated/mass produced. You sort of have to squeeze your car in whatever space you can find and then kind of go on a hunt to find the owner (smiles). I'd suggest calling first and letting him know when you'll be there so you might catch him better. I got a quote from Toyota to replace my armrest at over $1,000; I bought a replacement from eBay, took it in and he put took off the armrest and two days later I came in to pick it up--whole process to put it on took probably 10 minutes--better than new (he added extra padding) and charged me $55--couldn't be happier and happy to spread the word!
