Because I did not have a key to unlock my wheel to replace the flat tire I was looking at my car being in the shop for two days until I could order one from the dealer. Luckily, Mike was able to remove the wheel lock off causing him to break his socket - he really saved the day! Ryan then replaced the tire quickly and I was on my way. I had to come back the next day for them to install a couple lug nuts and they expedited the repair putting me ahead of the other customers who were there before me and completed it in about 15 minutes. I cannot be more appreciative of their wonderful customer service and reasonable prices. I'm always wary of commercial car repair shops because I assume they will price gouge you. But this was a wonderful experience and I will go to this location in particular for future service.

There was no $4000 of repairs. My car had a hand full of stuff that needed to be fixed and this Mr. Tire inflated the pricing and tried to keep my car sayin it was "unsafe to drive" unless I get the repairs done at their store. Safe to say..DON'T USE MR.TIRE!!!! I wouldn't even use them for an oil change. They stripped the screw to get to the oil pan and then told me I had to pay $600 to get it fixed, even though they were the ones that messed up. Run from this place, as fast as possible.

And then proceeded to tell me that their technician wasn't gonna be there past Friday. Pretty much voiding the 1000 mile warranty and the 30 days to get it reinspected. I had to go to another shop and pay another full pop inspection fee less than a week later. Only for the second shop to find things that they missed. I wouldn't recommend going here ever for anything at all whatsoever. They obviously have no integrity and at this point. I feel ripped off and scammed. I would literally give them negative stars if it was an option.

The vehicle was okay when I rode Pirelli summer tires but not so much when I changed to Michelin All-Season tires. The sidewall was a bit higher (front 40 vs. 35, rear 35 vs. 30). This caused rubbing when turning (rear wheel steering is active on this vehicle) and when the car lowered at speeds above 75 mph. The mechanics were amazing! They spent quality time adjusting the vehicle ride height when the vehicle would be at its lowest (in Sport + mode). The results are very satisfying. I must say, it felt like driving a completely different car when I left but I couldn't be more impressed with their work. I would recommend this shop for any custom performance work as they are the real deal!

The only thing I could possible knock them on is phone availability but if you e-mail them Amy follows up with you shortly after and is very responsive with e-mail. I appreciate the fact I was able to talk to Justin the owner I believe and talk to him about my situation and stress the importance of them being my purchasing decision maker based on what they see. The PPI was performed on time and I was amazed at the system they have to send a detailed invoice with PICTURES! I've had about 3-4 PPI's done on various Porsche I've purchased and never once has someone offered to send me pictures of everything. The prices are great for the quality of professionals you're getting. You really can't do better for a return on value. From what I could see in the pictures the shop looks clean and well organized as well. Great lighting so technicians see what they are doing. Can't recommend this team enough. One of the things that stood out was their ability to source quality used parts in order to keep the bill down. I needed a new Sway Bar and Porsche wants $3,000 for it. Amy was able to find me a good used one for less than a 6th of that price. Phenomenal service! Thank you both, and the whole team for being such quality professionals.

This was helpful as we just had a to clean a few things up and the car passed on the next visit. I also appreciated them allowing me to have my tires delivered and they put them on. My wheels didn't see a scratch. This cannot be said for a lot of tire places especially down in the Towson/Lutherville area. We're car people so going somewhere new is always scary but we needed that inspection before we PCS'd (Military move). If we were going to still be living here I would absolutely use them again.

1 am extremely disappointed with the service provided at Midas in Owings Mills…read more On multiple occasions, I sent female family members there for something simple: a tire plug. In both instances, the technician claimed there were five to seven nails in the tires. While road hazards do happen, that number raises serious concerns. It feels highly improbable and, frankly, suspicious. Side note:if the nail or scre is in the middle of the tread you're good for a plug! Don't let snake oil salesman tell you need new tires. Witness the tire removal and test process. Don't trust their practices. The end result? Nearly $800 for two tires and an alignment, justified with statements like, "It's standard to do it, miss." That explanation came across as dismissive and condescending. It is difficult not to feel that women are being upsold or pressured into unnecessary services at this location. To make matters worse, one of my family members was sent away during a snowstorm with the remaining two tires underinflated. She then had to stop at Royal Farms down the street and pay to inflate them herself. That is unarcentable and uinsafe. My concern is simple: customers -- particularly women -- should not feel taken advantage of or pressured into expensive repairs without clear, transparent justification. If you choose to go here, I strongly recommend closely observing the work being done and asking detailed questions before approving additional services. This experience has left a very bad impression. Professionalism, transparency, and customer safety should never be optional. -V(for the wommen in America review) P.s. I'm a guy writing this at the request of my female friends saying I shouldn't! I have been exposed to the inner workings of the automotive industry for 32 years and men specifically are taking advantage of women! My family members is where I draw the line.
