Just reached 10K miles on 1 July 24 and they performed the 10K service. Even checked the right rear convertible top pivoting cover and came up with a fix. Everything about the car was in great condition and they topped of fluids as needed, replaced engine oil and filter, set tire pressures, reset service indicator and TPMS. All this took time, but it was well worth the wait. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Autowerkes service if you own a German or Euro car, you won't be disappointed!

I contacted the shop and spoke to owner Sergio, he told me he knew nothing about it. Found out that they bought the car with a blown motor and replaced it with a junkyard motor. I have proof of this with pics and video. I called the owner Sergio back and all he said was it was a good car and is there no issues with it. I feel I paid too much for the car being it's not original and not happy with the owner lying about it.

After performing a serpentine belt replacement and a recall fix on my Elantra the Jones Hyundai…read moremechanic left a small (3 inch?) screwdriver standing vertically inside a hollow of the battery so that when he closed the car hood the screwdriver punctured a hole in the battery. I discovered this today when I took my car to have the oil changed. Standing with the mechanic as he opened the hood I saw something that looked like a small pen sticking out of the battery. He explained what it was and that he couldn't do anything to fix it without replacing the battery. Not only was this dangerous (leaking battery acid), but Jones Hyundai service manager and his boss insist that replacing the battery for free meant they didn't owe me a refund for faulty service that was a danger to me (I've been driving around in a car that has been leaking battery acid) and has caused me to lose a day of work. As I explained to the rude service manager and his rude boss as they stood over me, I refuse to pay for a poorly performed service. If they wish to charge me for the part, I'm in agreement, but I want a credit for the labor. We'll see...the charge has been disputed.

Because it was the first car that I test drove, my sister thought it would be better if I test drove some other cars before I make an impulsive buy. So we came here to browse for a used car within my budget and my taste. The car salesman greeted us with a friendly smile and was extremely professional. I showed me their used car selection which was small but they carried a good variety of cars. There was the car of my dreams....the Altima coupe and it was within price range. I could have melted. The car salesman drew everything up and gave me the keys to test drive. He immediately gave me all the details of the car which were useful because it was everything I was looking for. But I got in and the car and I was not a match... and blah blah blah long story short. Knowing what I wanted and catching on that I wanted a reliable and good looking modern car... he introduced me to the newer Kia vehicles, which I ultimately selected and purchased. He worked with me and made my first solo purchase deal easy as pie. All the staff was friendly and they accountant who handled the financing was full of knowledge and told me everything I needed to do to secure my first loan and how it will help build my credit even more. He gave me the best deal.... even better than the first car loan that I received from the bank. They also introduced me to the service dept manager and this dealership offers free oil changes for the life of the car!! AAAAND FREE MANIs!! Oh yeah, thats the way to this girls heart. All in all, I love my car, I love this dealership and I would recommend anyone to try them for the purchase of their new vehicle. They were thorough, completed the work in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. About a month later, I started experiencing similar symptoms again, so I brought it back. They dug a little deeper and discovered a nest inside the system that was blocking the drain. They spent over an hour fixing the problem, getting completely soaked in the process. When it was time to pay, they told me there was no charge because they considered it related to the previous repair. I can't say enough good things about this company.
