If I could give them zero stars I would. The workers are HORRIBLE and are not knowledgeable of the car rental process. The workers didn't have any name badges on so I couldn't even get a name. The guy at the front counter had an attitude for no reason (Latin guy) I waited 25 min AFTER being told that a car was about to be pulled around for me. I would rate it zero stars if I could. We had a full sized sedan reserved and they didn't have it when we showed up. We were then offered a small truck which took 3 hours to get us into, but once it was ready a nail was found in the tire. We ended up having to take a large truck that was not cleaned at all and forced us to pay for the vehicle when we were insured for $0 if we were given the correct, reserved vehicle. If you aren't forced to use enterprise through your insurance, don't. read more

Another review that starts... i wish I could give this place a 0 rating. Oh my, this location is a mess. I should have known things would not go well when I waited at the car repair place for them to deliver a scheduled car when they did not answer their phones when I called. We have a rental from this enterprise that insurance is covering because of an accident. This morning at 5am when my wife was about to go to work the car would not start. It was dead. I brought her to work and when I came back got my booster cables out and was able to start the car. Drove it around the block a few times and started it a few times. Seemed to start ok now. However since we need to be sure we have a car for tonight and again in the morning when my wife has to goto work, I decided to call and see if the car could be replaced. My thought was that since a enterprise "picks your up" and they are just down the road from me they would just bring another car and swap it out. So I just called enterprise and spoke with Travis. Basically I was told they have no cars available and I was on my own. If I wanted to I could bring it to ntb and they would change out the battery and bill them. If I wanted to? If I wanted to bring a rental in for service? Oh my. I asked him if another enterprise had a car available to swap it out. Again I was told ... if I wanted to call and ask they might ... if I wanted to call and ask? I'm seeing a pattern here. At that point I was done with this branch. I told Travis not to worry about it I would call Allstate and they would help. It's quite apparent that Travis, and from the reviews for this location, the branch really doesn't want to go out of their way for their customers. Since they have no cars available to rent it seems like they have a lot of available time, but just not to help their customer. I called Allstate and explained the situation to them. They contacted another enterprise branch and they are going to orchestrate the car swap. They will bring a new car to my house, leave it, and take the one we have now. Based on the reviews I read on here and google, I did not expect to encounter the professionalism and overall great customer service I experienced with Chris and his team at this office. It was the 3rd or 4th office I had to visit just to find a car in the first place. And while the other offices were nowhere near as bad as their reviews made them out to be, they definitely all seemed overworked and underpaid. The Rowlet office was completely different. Any issues that I had, and I had a few, had nothing to do with any of the enterprise staff. They should be recognized or something. read more

The incompetence of this place has been truly immeasurable. I was first given a car that stunk and immediately died on me. Then when I was given the next car I paid for the daily insurance on it. They kept my card on file and were to deduct this amount incrementally. Well they forgot to charge my card for 2 months and called me demanding I pay $500 immediately that day or return the vehicle like I was a criminal. This is my only means of transportation because my car was totaled by a drunk driver while it was parked outside my home. I just got done moving and this amount was not in my account at the time it was demanded. I told them they may work with me and I will pay large sums over the next few weeks until the balance is paid in full because this astronomical amount being owed in one day was their fault and not mine. I just had to return my car and am now carless due to the incompetence of this business. I will never do business with this place again. A huge mistake. read more

So not only did the car I received while my car was in the body shop already damaged but they told me I wouldn't even be driving in that car and ended up in a little Nissan which there was nothing wrong with but I had the car for a month and now all of a sudden I'm getting charged for tolls? Don't rent from here. We walked in with a confirmation email, and they couldn't find us in their system. After a headache of an investigation, it turns out Enterprise cancelled our reservation. They were supposed to send us a confirmation email, but we never got one. Of course, by this point the kind of car we needed was completely gone, so our only option would have been to rent a more expensive vehicle. They offered us a "discount" that was still about $200 more than what we reserved. I come in with my sister to rent a minivan for the weekend. The manager is at the front & is helping (not really) another couple & really more so she was belittling to them. In order to rent a vehicle you have to have a license, insurance & form of payment be it credit or debit...normal items. They charge an EXTRA $150 to either form of payment for a "deposit" & then they also require an electric bill or a paycheck stub to verify address. My sister & I both say that it hasn't aways been this way & she jumped & very defensively said "yes it has". We have both rented from them before & it has NOT been like that & immediately started to debate us. The manager is very belittling to customers & her phone etiquette is atrocious! Call comes in & she answers with the enterprise greeting & then the other person responds. She responds with "wat up?" & "it's tight but you can get a suburban". Only speculating but it sounds like a customer on the other end of the line. Getting done in there, she says the van is in the back & they have to go fill it up & pull it around. The appointment was for NOON & EVERYTHING WILL BE READY...quite obviously it isn't as we are still sitting up here waiting. I had to rent a car from this place, due to being in a accident, Farmers insurance was paying for everything because I was not at Fault. I had to put down a $50.00 deposit (no biggy ) I told the ladies that I did not need insurance, that I had USAA already. 4 days go by and my Truck is done with repairs, I fill up the tank with gas(rental car) and drop it off at service King pick up my truck and go about my Business. A week later I check my credit card to see if I got my $50.00 back. Not only did I receive my money but Enterprise took the $50. and 53.00 and $156.00, So I called enterprise and talked to a nice gentleman. He explained that the system mess up and charged me for insurance and that the 53.00 and 50.00 was being refunded back to me. he also told me he was refunding me the $156.00 that should of never been taking back as well. now today 2 weeks later.... I Still have not been refunded the money they have stole from me. I am atm on the phone and was on hold for ten minutes an d the system says no one can help me call back later. I'll start off by saying usually I love Enterprise. I've had no problems renting from them. Maybe this branch is just a bad one. Started off with them losing the online reservation, which isn't a HUGE deal, just had to wait longer. My friend, who was renting the car from them on my recommendation, and I were inspecting the car with the employee. We kept pointing out all the little nicks and scratches on the car and he kept saying only if they are bigger than my thumb. We kept insisting and he would bargain with us and say okay I guess I'll give you that one, but really only point out the ones bigger than a thumb. So, when my friend goes back to return the car, the guy picks one of the nicks that we pointed out that was the size of a FINGERNAIL that he originally wouldn't accept, and says I'm going to have to report this. I wasn't there when he picked up the car, but I couldn't believe it! He got an "incident report" in the mail a few days later. Hopefully since he had me as a witness to what the employee told us, the incident has been dropped. Not for sure yet, but it sure feels like a scam. Make sure you write EVERYTHING down if you go to this enterprise! Even if they tell you otherwise, get it in writing! read more
