Now I'm having to deal with my bank with investigation to get my money back. The customer service is terrible. I don't not recommend. The car I was loaned was dirty and it seemed to be someone extra car that was trying to make extra money it had soda stains and no windshield washer fluid to clean the windows. People are terrible these days

Our daughter suggested Capps, so we went online and reserved a vehicle for 8. We showed up expecting the worst. But were thrilled when they gave us a 2025 Suburban. And the cost was the same as Hertz wanted to charge for a smaller vehicle. The only bad part of the experience was having to return the car!!

I call and the guy from another location tells me if I get the oil changed they will reimburse me. Ok that's fine and all, but not customer that has paid well over $1400 should have to get mechanic work done on a van rental. It should of been done from jump! He tells me it doesn't need one until it gets to 14500. Ok it's almost at 14000 so it should of already been done period. I have him transfer me to the location where I got the van from and I guy name Byron answers the phone! I began to tell him the issue and he tells me pay for a oil change and they will reimburse me! I told him I wasn't getting anything done because I'm not a mechanic know if my husband wants to he can! He tells me if the van blows up I'm responsible! Lmbo you all are responsible for giving us a van that isn't properly serviced are you serious? Guess what Byron was so unprofessional he hung the phone up in my face! He was on speakerphone so the whole family heard how rude he was. Never again will we use this van service! I paid 5 car note payments to be disrespected by an employee of this establishment. I will also be reporting this issue to the BBB. I hope you have a great day Byron!

He didn't say any words just tapped the sign that said license insurance and credit card. He was not knowledgable about their services. This first agent was Brian Delano. The second agent was very friendly and helpful he was quick and efficient. His name was David Alvarez. When returning the van I found the office empty and saw into the back office Brian again sitting talking on the phone. I wandered around the office for awhile before trying to walk around back so that I could return the van and be on my way. I reentered the office at the same time as David and another agent who appeared to be returning from lunch. I also found Brian behind the counter this time he used his hand to signal that he wanted the key back from me and again used no words but said he had to check the mileage on the van. Overall will use again but Brian Delano could use some manners.

SilverCar has now become my Go To rental car company when I'm in Dallas. I've probably rented from…read morethem 6 or 7 times over the past several years. They moved from a rental only location to the current dealership location which seems to be the direction they are heading in nationwide. There are a few relatively minor negatives but overall, it's a good operation. If you are flying into Dallas Love Field, they send a Lyft to pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the dealership location. Also, they have a Lyft take you back to the airport when you are leaving. I am not aware of what the routine is if you are flying into DFW. Since it's located in a large dealership, you can find yourself a little lost among the throng of people having their cars repaired, looking at new cars, used cars, etc. There isn't currently a clearly marked area for SilverCar renters. The rental section is in the repair area. Once you get the hang of it, you can easily pick up or drop off your rental car without too much delay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each of the people I have dealt with have been great. The cars usually have fairly low mileage and are in very nice condition. Obviously, driving around town in an Audi is a lot more fun for me than the generic options you will have at most rental companies. While SilverCar prices tend to be a bit higher than generic car rental companies, in this time of limited car rental options and extremely high prices, SiverCar has actually been a bit cheaper on many occasions than the general market. There are also premium models available for higher prices, including the A5 convertible. Their base model is an Audi S4. Of course all the vehicles are SILVER. I will continue to be a fairly regular customer.
