I can see why this company is going out of business. If I cared more I would sue you for bait and switch, straight up lie about what we paid for. I hope your doors shut permanently. We weren't the only ones experiencing this as there was a family with children who they did the same to. They had rented a 7 seat suv and were given a small Hyundai sedan and told it's the same category. And if they wanted a 4Runner it was going to be 30 dollars extra for something they had already paid for. Felt horrible for them but had just spent 5 hours in a flight and needed to get to our own destination. Do no rent from them.

Especially seeing as my car was in the shop so the last thing I'm trying to do is pay something that steep given the circumstances. That's a literal car payment for one day so I luckily found this gem with their truly discounted rates (lower then 1/3 of what that national chain was trying to charge me) You deal with real people from start to finish and everything in between. It will probably be Lisa, or that was at least who I had the pleasure of dealing with and although I had called many times to change the drop off date they had no problem. The only thing I would like to see change is the ability to rent for a longer period than 28 days but I was told that's the state minimum by law so I don't see that being anything to blame them for. Great rental option for someone with their car in the shop, looking to rent a truck or van for those bigger loads, or if someone is visiting out of town this would be perfect!

This wasn't the service experience I expected!…read more My husband picked up a rental car three months ago while one of our vehicles was being repaired at a nearby autobody shop, where the insurance company was expected to pay for the car rental. Three months later I received a threatening call from this location demanding payment of an outstanding balance by the close of business day that day! Keep in mind, we never knew there was a balance due, being that we rented the car THREE months ago and received NO form of communication from this location during the three month timeframe. Not the best way to handle a customer, EVER! I give them a one (1) star rating because clearly there is a lack of customer service training at this Enterprise location. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE!

TOTAL SCAM!!! Rented…read morea car in Buffalo to return to Pittsburgh the next day. Returned at Airport with full tank. Attendant said it was fine and he'd email our receipt in 15 minutes. My radar was up that he didn't offer a written receipt but we were in a hurry and figured it'd be ok. Got the receipt 30 minutes later and a $50.00 fee for "windshield repair" was added. Called the Dollar 800 number and he "reviewed" it and said there was NO damage. We'll, why were we scammed $50 then??? He said we'll be getting a refund within 5-7 days but based on prior reviews I'm not counting on it yet. Looks like they're hoping people won't notice the up charges and are randomly charging fees that are not legitimate. Definitely will dispute this with my CC company and I am considering contacting local police to report fraud. STAY AWAY from these scammers! ***********

I just wish I lived in Pittsburgh, I'd do this all the time. Caden was great getting the insurance and scheduling locked down. Car was very clean. I was worried it wouldn't sound good, but it had Ferrari's sport exhaust which did the job! (I've rented a McLaren MP4-12C and 720s Spyder which both were turbocharged and fell FLAT in the sound category). Out of the 12 exotic/supercars I've rented in the past, this is my absolute favorite. I also appreciated the option to just buy additional miles at a discount in advance. The standard 100 is fair but getting additional miles in advance makes the experience better.
