Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the largest vehicle-rental business in the United States. This particular…read morelocation is in Ross Township. My husband and I needed to rent a vehicle because our vehicle needed repairs. This Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a fairly short Uber/Lyft drive away for us. The hours could have been better but worked for us: 8 AM to 6 PM on Monday through Friday, 9 AM to noon on Saturday, and closed on Sunday. On the website, my husband made a reservation for a mid-sized SUV for three days over the weekend. The total cost was roughly $250. The vehicle was ready for pickup on time. It was a Nissan Rogue, and it was clean and in good condition. After we used the vehicle, my husband chose to refill the gasoline in the vehicle himself rather than pay the business to do so. After my husband dropped off the vehicle, Enterprise Rent-A-Car did not send him a receipt, although he requested one multiple times online and over the phone. He wanted proof that he had dropped off the vehicle with no damages, so he drove back to pick up a paper receipt.

My wife and I needed to rent a car while our car was being fixed at Caliber collision…read more The auto body place recommended Enterprise as they had deal with them and made it easier for drop off . The car itself was fine and we had no issues at all with it. The staff at Enterprise where very nice and professional and helpful as well. We had no issues at all for the entire time we had the car and no problems dropping off. everything was quick and easy. If you need a rental car I do recommend Enterprise. I would use them again in the future.

I've been a loyal Hertz Gold member, but this has been the worst rental experience of my life. My…read moreinvoices showed weekly charges around $500-$600, but Hertz consistently withdrew $700-$1,400+ from my bank account -- sometimes double the invoice amount. When I asked for clarification, they gave me excuses about 'Tesla Rebill' without providing any clear breakdown or explanation. All charges were deducted under Hertz's name, yet they tried to shift the blame onto Tesla instead of taking responsibility. This is unacceptable and feels like deliberate overcharging. I've already provided my invoices and bank statements multiple times, but Hertz refuses to reconcile the difference or refund the excess. Uber drivers and customers should be warned: check your bank statements carefully. Hertz is not transparent, and their customer service hides behind wordplay instead of fixing real issues. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and escalating legally if necessary.

I went in to find out what was up and there was no one at the counter. He explained that he called several times in the morning to the attendant and he said "we dont really answer the phones, that's what happens when only 3 people work here." HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! After many times of saying their system wasn't working, another guy comes over and says "this usually does the trick(WHILE KICKING THE MACHINE OVER & OVER). I told him we are cancelling the reservation and walked out. He followed us and said "we have a car if you still need it." I replied "no thank you, we will head over to enterprise." Terrible customer service skills, pathetic establishment, lowest of all professionalism.

I rented two six foot tables for food and drinks, four round tables that seated six and 25 folding chairs. The baby shower location was out of their delivery zone, but they rented Uhauls. I picked up the rental and Uhaul Friday morning. They loaded the table and chairs, which I appreciated! Everything was in working order. The tables had wooden tops, which we covered with tablecloths. I returned everything Saturday after the baby shower as I was heading home the next day. They had a drop box for the Uhaul keys. It was a simple process. The tables and chairs cost roughly $140 to rent and the Uhaul cost roughly $100. The Uhaul was $19.99 per day and .99 per mile. I would rent from this business again. The manager was friendly and the equipment met our needs.

I was supposed to call 48hrs in advance to reserve the equipment but forgot and they still had what I needed with only 24hr notice. Most pleasantly, as a woman who entered into contact with this business alone and never mentioned any help I had, at no point did I feel like the employees doubted my ability to complete the job, and I never felt disrespected or treated like a "little lady".

If your car was towed by Tiffany's Towing, call the Robinson Township Police BEFORE you pay them…read more Under Township of Robinson Code §394-19, a vehicle can only be considered abandoned or removed if it has remained on private property for more than 48 hours without the consent of the property owner. Tiffany's Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. This is my favorite auto mechanic in our area. Michael is a super ethical and competent mechanic…read morethat has a nice way of telling you what needs repaired or serviced. They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

I just had to get rid of some. They were willing to pay (albeit not much) and would take the cars. I believe they were listed on a site that compares rates for local used car buyers. I would sell 2 cars: a Mazda and a Lexus (I think. It's been a long time since these cars have been driven). In total, I was given a bit over $600 for the two of them. I think the price is okay given these are all older than 2010, they are somewhat beat up, and the condition is not that great all in all. Why should you settle for a price like that? Honestly, it will help you free up your garage and just give you some cash. These cars would have kept deprecating in value if I hadn't done anything with them. The guys here were friendly and patient. They were fair and went from online estimate to handing the cash in just a few days. Another added bonus: they were able to come from their Babcock Blvd location to Verona to pick up the cars! So, if you've got some junk cars, this is a good company to sell them to. Don't expect much cash, but it's better than nothing.
