I have experienced repeated problems with Integrity Transportation when using its service for…read moremedical appointments. The service has been consistently unreliable and unprofessional. Most recently, I had a medical appointment on October 1, with a scheduled pickup time of 10:10 a.m. The driver never arrived. I tried calling the office several times, but no one answered. Because I could not rely on Integrity Transportation, I had to take an Uber to my appointment and pay out of pocket. This should not have been necessary. I am entitled to this transportation service and should not have to spend my own money because the company failed to show up. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. On numerous occasions, drivers have arrived an hour or more late. There have also been other instances in which they never arrived at all. Clients must be able to depend on transportation provided for important medical appointments. Repeated lateness or no-shows, combined with the inability to reach the office when problems arise, is unacceptable. I hope Integrity Transportation takes these complaints seriously and improves its reliability, communication, and accountability. People who depend on medical transportation should not be left stranded or forced to pay out of pocket for an Uber because their scheduled transportation never arrives.

I was in dire straits when my brother informed me he needed a last minute, late night ride from the PGH airport to my mom's house for the holiday. I was under the weather, and he could not secure a confirmed ride from the typical ride share companies due to the last minute and after midnight arrival. I was thrilled when my search for last minute airport transportation connected me to Reliant. Not only was George, my contact who answered a direct dial available, but also he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny. I was able to secure the ride for my brother immediately, and the fare was remarkably fair! I received updates on the pickup and delivery of my sibling and feel confident that Reliant has a solid service for typical and unique transportation needs. My brother, who is a world traveler, said that George has a clean car, was on time, didn't fall asleep at the wheel, knew shortcuts, engaged in yinzer babble, and declined an additional tip as I had already settled the bill. We will definitely call upon Reliant again. Thanks George! I truly am impressed with your service.

Reliant was one of those companies. The first company (Integrity) responded within an hour of the request being made on 20 July. Waited a few days and received no response from Reliant for a quote. Booked Integrity and was very happy that I did. Much to my surprise on 2 August I receive a response from George. Hi, Thank you for inquiring about Reliant. We were unavailable. Calling ahead is advisable. Thank you! Here's our company information. Reliant Transportation Service 412-716-1636 emailreservation4me@gmail.com At this point why bother responding considering both the request and the event have happened more than a week ago? Oh to have a 100% response rate on yelp is the only thing that I could surmise. Honestly, if it takes a couple of weeks to inform someone that your service is not available even after that request was driven through yelp, then perhaps you should consider deactivating the "Request A Quote" feature on Yelp. If I wanted to talk to someone to book a service, I would go back to 1985, locate a White Pages phone book, and a push button landline phone and waste a few hours.

Leann took my call and provided excellent service from start to finish. She worked with me to determine the best vehicle for our 19-person group, obtained all the pertinent information for the pick up, drop off and return, and also provided a special accommodation for one of our guests with a mobility issue. This was an important group for our institution and in reading her notes on the order, it was clear that she was taking the lead to make sure they were treated on her end with the importance that I requested. She went out of her way to make sure our guests had beverages and assigned a terrific driver to bring everything together. Leann also kept in close contact with me throughout the day, letting me know when the group arrived, got on their way, etc. If you ever have transportation needs in Pittsburgh, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company. It's a really great (and unfortunately increasingly rare) thing to find people who are good at what they do and enjoy doing it. Regency is definitely one of those companies.
