Another way overdue review for Integrity Transportation. This time, going back to Pittsburgh from Clearfield, Mike was my driver. Once again, the trip couldn't have been more pleasant. Mike was professional, on time (actually a tad early) reliable and friendly. Nick, like before, provided excellent service. Only once did I have to leave a message, and he called me back promptly. Highly recommend using this company for anything. We arranged to have them take us from our hotel to the funeral home as well as a few other places. Have to say I was completely impressed with the how clean the car smelled without that nasty artificial deodorizer scent that seems to be prevalent with other car services (very important for someone with allergies.) The driver (whose name I can't recall) was very prompt, polite, and easy going. He definitely lightened the mood with conversation, especially about hockey with my son who is a Caps fan. Loved the fact that even though our plans changed about 50 times, he was only a text away and changed accordingly. Also provided some cold water bottles for the trip back to the hotel to beat the 90 degree heat. This company definitely earned its 5 star yelp review. I would highly recommend Integrity Transportation. I recently hired them for a 5 AM ride to the airport. They were prompt in responding to my request for quotes and professional throughout my entire experience. My pickup location was in a fairly remote residential neighborhood and Nick was not only on time but extremely courteous, professional and friendly. The car was also immaculate and clean smelling. I particularly appreciated that the car just smelled clean and was not drenched in artificial air freshener like some other car services do in order to mask old funky odors;. Nick was professionally dressed and very put together despite it being a very early-morning pickup. We made it to the airport in great time as Nick is also a very competent driver and chose a great route. This is something I greatly value as I've had drivers from other companies that have no idea where they're going and/or drive like they're scared of the road. I was in Pittsburgh for The National Senior Games. My basketball team had never been to the area before. We hired Integrity Transportation for our rides from the airport and back to the airport. During our stay a player got sick and had to fly home. I contacted Nicholas at Integrity and he was able to schedule a ride to the airport for the same day. Our tournament ended 1 day early. I again contacted Nicholas and he was able to reschedule our ride to the airport for our new departure day. The cars were nice, clean, air conditioned and had bottled water. The drivers were safe and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling in the Pittsburgh area. read more

Upon arrival to my full service hotel downtown pittsburgh, I inquired if the front desk could recommend a transportation provider for my return trip to the airport. I was shocked when the response was take Uber or Lyft as our town car and taxi firms are not reliable This could not be further from the truth based on my experience today with this form. The booking process could not of been more professional and my car was on time and immaculate. I only use Yelp to find airport transport and once again it did not steer me wrong. Nick was getting his new car the day I arrived so he had another driver pick me up who was professional and gave good service. Nick picked my up for my return in the new vehicle. I was ready early and he was there in 15 minutes to take me back to the airport. Nick is good conversation if that is what you want, a good driver and has a clean car.
