Most recently, I had a medical appointment on October 1, with a scheduled pickup time of 10:10 a.m. The driver never arrived. I tried calling the office several times, but no one answered. Because I could not rely on Integrity Transportation, I had to take an Uber to my appointment and pay out of pocket. This should not have been necessary. I am entitled to this transportation service and should not have to spend my own money because the company failed to show up. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. On numerous occasions, drivers have arrived an hour or more late. There have also been other instances in which they never arrived at all. Clients must be able to depend on transportation provided for important medical appointments. Repeated lateness or no-shows, combined with the inability to reach the office when problems arise, is unacceptable. I hope Integrity Transportation takes these complaints seriously and improves its reliability, communication, and accountability. People who depend on medical transportation should not be left stranded or forced to pay out of pocket for an Uber because their scheduled transportation never arrives.

The cooler that held soft drinks was filthy with old soda with dirty tops of the cans and god knows what else. Black duck tape was used all over this limo holding everything together. All of the doors where not able to open (safety hazard). The limo was loud and vibrated terribly during the whole trip. Unsure why this limo would have been used if there was already knowledge that there was a bad leak in the suspension. The driver was not dressed professionally. The driver was unable to assist with connecting cell phones to the Bluetooth to allow for playing music as he did not know the name of the Bluetooth. Once we were able to determine the Bluetooth name on our own, Luke provided two different passwords as he was unsure what the actual password was to connect. Luke reached out to me asking what the address location was for pick up as "his paperwork has nothing" as to where to pick up and drop off despite providing the details prior to the trip. Be prepared to bring your own cooler, portable Bluetooth music player and trash bags to clean up the limo!
