BUYER BEWARE!!! I would never, let me say it again for the people in the back NEVER use this service. They are the most unprofessional and unorganized establishment I have ever spoke with. We had a 10 person bachelorette party and believed we set up a wine tasting package through this limo company based on their VERY FALSE advertisement that included 4 stops with a lunch at one of the places. To start the limo driver was 30 minutes late. We drove about 25 miles to our first location and sure enough they were ready for us. The tables were set up nicely and I think we all agree it was a great experience. We hopped back in the limo and drove about 30 miles back towards the direction we were originally at. This location was nothing special so I was questioning to myself at the time why we hadn't come to this location in the first place rather than having to come all the way back to it. In any case we hopped back in the limo and drove to the next location only to find this place, a lovely place by the way, had no idea we were coming either. It was set up for a wedding with flowers set up everywhere but the gracious woman behind the bar had the flowers moved off the area said they would be closing closing at 4:00 pm that day because of the wedding but we could come in and sample some wines. We managed to get to the final location with not much time left and still hadn't had anything to eat. We found there were no arrangements yet again at this location and there was an hour wait for a table. At this point I contacted the manager because I was beyond frustrated. He immediately copped an attitude and talked over me. I politely explained that I was not from the Pittsburgh area, however it didn't make sense the route that we drove and we spent more time driving around in the limo than we actually spent at the wineries. I also told him that other than the first stop, none of the other wineries seemed to have a clue that a bachelorette party of 10 was showing up that day. He gave me a lame excuse one wineries he wanted to send us to was closed for the holiday so that's why things were the way they were and he would refund some of our money. He asked if we wanted to leave the winery we were at and the driver could take us downtown somewhere and give us a couple hours. I told him I would have to speak to the others but we were starved at that point and probably did not want to hop back in the limo. We collectively agreed we wanted to stay and eat there and the person who had originally set this up had messaged him. He became increasingly rude and at that point we found out driver stranded us and took all of our belongings in the limo with him. He stated he couldn't stay and just took off. After several calls from a couple of us including two of our husbands the manager finally answered a call from one of the other women and was screaming and yelling at her and told her he would be sending a vehicle back at some point around 8:30. We were to sit and wait for another hour and half and this vehicle would come back and have our stuff too. He had zero regard for the fact that this was a set time for us as well. I had children to get home to that were left so I was shuffling around. The bride's fiancé was going out for the evening and he too had to move around and make different arrangements for things. I'm sure the other ladies as well had things they wanted to do. The Uber driver that we secured to pick us up in Robinson at the original drop off sat waiting on us for over 2 hours at the original pick up point. At this point my husband called and this man decided to tell him we were all "drunk left all of our stuff in the limo" and told him we had an uber to get us home. First and foremost, the stuff left in the limo were wine purchases that we made at the other locations that we were not permitted to bring in. We were specifically told if we carried it on the premises they would take it and dump it because we did not have a license. If he does this so much, he would be familiar with this situation. Secondly, not a single one of us was "drunk." We spent too much time in the limo for any of that to be the case. As for the Uber comment we had the Uber secured to pick us up in Robinson. We have the text exchanges to this manager. When the vehicle showed up it was a van with every light that could possibly be on from tire pressure to the engine light. Jose was nice enough to come but indicated that he was going to kill his boss. I said to him we aren't real happy with him either. He said he knows I don't drive at night. After we got Jose turned around and situated because his directions kept telling him our destination was 211 miles away, we finally got to our stop, only to find that we received NO MONEY BACK! This manager lied, committed theft & fraud and tried to charge another $375 to the credit card he originally had for sending out this beat up van. read more
