We ended up walking home. And can you please arrange your app so stops come in order of the route. Alphabetical doesn't help those of us in an unfamiliar area. Representative was VERY unpleasant on phone and refused to give me refund.

We were not told if his brother worked for the company or not or even knew how to drive a large van. When his brother came to get us he said they had just switched so Chaz could drive a different group of people somewhere. The van also reeked of smoke when he came to pick us up from our location. Both Chaz and his brother seemed to have a hard time controlling the van which made it scary for all involved. All the owner offered us was a $200 credit to book with them again. The driver and the company have been incredibly unprofessional. I would stay away from them at all costs.
