I actually got sick two days before we were to leave - and we had to cancel the whole trip and rebook it. Brett handled everything and rescheduled it all. I can't imagine how we would've handled that on our own - his relationships with our hotels and organized activities is the only reason we were able to rebook without being charged for all the cancellation fees. Our hotels, private transfers, tours, and restaurant reservations were all 10/10 and absolutely perfect for us! I will not take another big trip without Brett handling it! Another really helpful tool was their app that had all our reservations in one place, including flights, transfers, activities, and dinner reservations. When we first asked Erica to recommend different cruises for us, she targeted those cruise lines…read morethat were known for being accommodating to those with celiac disease. This put my mind at ease because this was always my biggest concern--would I be able to eat without getting sick? In addition, she walked us through the different types of cabins that we could book by sending us videos so we could compare them! We ended up booking an eight day cruise on the Celebrity Beyond and it was everything that she told us it would be! Prior to sailing, she contacted the cruise line to tell them that I would need a dedicated gluten-free diet. In addition, this was our first cruise, so we didn't know all of the need to know info, but she informed us of items that we would need to take with us, as well as onboard tips and tricks. She sent us information about each area that we would be visiting and a document with all of our travel information (including reservation #'s). She walked me through downloading the app for the travel insurance (and helped me set up our insurance information in it--she also did this with the tern app). She literally walked us through our trip step-by-step. I have never had a travel agent that was so detailed oriented and who responded to our questions (there were many) so quickly.
