It will probably be Lisa, or that was at least who I had the pleasure of dealing with and although I had called many times to change the drop off date they had no problem. The only thing I would like to see change is the ability to rent for a longer period than 28 days but I was told that's the state minimum by law so I don't see that being anything to blame them for. Great rental option for someone with their car in the shop, looking to rent a truck or van for those bigger loads, or if someone is visiting out of town this would be perfect!

My husband and I needed to rent a vehicle because our vehicle needed repairs. This Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a fairly short Uber/Lyft drive away for us. The hours could have been better but worked for us: 8 AM to 6 PM on Monday through Friday, 9 AM to noon on Saturday, and closed on Sunday. On the website, my husband made a reservation for a mid-sized SUV for three days over the weekend. The total cost was roughly $250. The vehicle was ready for pickup on time. It was a Nissan Rogue, and it was clean and in good condition. After we used the vehicle, my husband chose to refill the gasoline in the vehicle himself rather than pay the business to do so. After my husband dropped off the vehicle, Enterprise Rent-A-Car did not send him a receipt, although he requested one multiple times online and over the phone. He wanted proof that he had dropped off the vehicle with no damages, so he drove back to pick up a paper receipt.

Now mind you we did have a warranty which of course got us nothing. He has not been able to use this vehicle for 3 and 1/2 years. It sat in our driveway for a while we took it to a reputable dealer and now our mechanic has it the repairs will cost close to $3,000 much more than what the car is worth. He has been making payments this entire time so as not to take a hit on his credit. Both drive time and Bridgecrest the finance company refused to work with him and he is stuck. I will only speak for our personal experience that I would stay away from them and the more we talk to others who have purchased Vehicles their their experience has been very similar. All they are doing is getting you tied in with a predatory loan company. This is the worst place to go if you're looking for honesty.
