Dropped it off and picked it back up right on time. Car looked amazing!! Difficult German Shepherd dog hair gone, seats were clean, interior immaculate. Smelled great, not all perfumey. The biggest difficulty I had was locating the car-rental counters at this airport (just next to the…read moreescalator that brings you out from the 'train' from the main concourse building). The line was fairly short and moved well. Alamo appears to share a counter with Enterprise here. The agent was helpful and efficient. You then proceed down past the baggage carousels to the last door on your left, cross the passenger-drop-off lane, and enter the main garage. All the rental car companies are here. We were met by a pair of roaming agents who checked our paperwork and directed us to the cars we could select from. We were offered 3 Chevy Cruzes (but in varying colors...). I picked grey. The car itself was fine (though I'm not a huge Chevy fan after having driven a Chevette for a few years early on). There were only 2 of us, so despite being on the small side it was roomy enough. We only made it through 3/4 of a tank in our 3 days in the area. The airport actually has one gas station on-premises (presumably for fill-ups prior to returning the car?); there didn't seem to be a lot of other gas choices within 5 miles or so of the airport. No complaints, overall.

I just wish I lived in Pittsburgh, I'd do this all the time. Caden was great getting the insurance and scheduling locked down. Car was very clean. I was worried it wouldn't sound good, but it had Ferrari's sport exhaust which did the job! (I've rented a McLaren MP4-12C and 720s Spyder which both were turbocharged and fell FLAT in the sound category). Out of the 12 exotic/supercars I've rented in the past, this is my absolute favorite. I also appreciated the option to just buy additional miles at a discount in advance. The standard 100 is fair but getting additional miles in advance makes the experience better. I can't WAIT to return this spring for some more fun! I've rented exotic/super cars from many other companies in the past and LW Exotics are the BEST.

This location is a joke. I booked a cruise and flight in December and had to cancel the cruise. No notification from them at all. Aubrey Santillo was looking into getting the flight rebooked and in the meantime I spoke to Melissa (the manager) who is quite possibly the rudest human being I have ever spoken to. Basically said she was "trying to make it right" and did nothing. She was so ignorant that she hung up the phone on me. She has attitude and has no business working in the customer service industry. At this point I want nothing to do with Triple A. I advise you to never ever use this location, no employee, that I have dealt with is capable of doing their job.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car owns 3 larger brands - their namesake along with Alamo and National, and I've…read morerented from those companies during a few recent visits to Pittsburgh. My flights have arrived later at night when 1 service counter was open for all 3 brands with little or no line, and service was friendly and efficient. The staff out in the garage just pointed to a section or row of cars and told me to choose any vehicle I'd like, which was great and often came with an upgrade. Overall experiences have been positive with National and the other brands, but I did have a situation recently which I had to contact them a few times to resolve: When doing the paperwork at the counter, I specifically declined the "Fuel Service Option" where customers can bring the vehicle back without filling it up and National will take care of that for you, but for that convenience they'll charge the cost of a full tank regardless how many gallons are needed to refill it. Later as I was driving out of the garage, the guy at the gate told me he could top off the tank upon my return, explaining the closest gas station charged more than $4.50/gallon, but National only charges about $4.30/gallon, implying he could save me money. I agreed to that. When returning the car I also verified with the attendant that they'd be topping off the tank for $4 and 30'ish cents per gallon, cheaper than gas station prices and he confirmed. When the final bill was e-mailed to me it showed I'd returned the vehicle with 6 gallons less than a full tank, which was fair, but National had charged me almost $83 for a full tank of gas + a load of extra fees and taxes. That's not what their employee offered to me as I was driving off their lot, and definitely not anything I'd have agreed to. I called and spoke with a customer service rep and she agreed to a partial refund, but still charged me nearly $20 more than a 6 gallon top off would cost per the price the National employee at PIT mentioned. I reached back out to them via the contact form on their website and after some back and forth, they further adjusted the bill to reflect exactly what their staff had offered me, and what I should've been charged from the beginning. I made it clear I wasn't asking for a full refund or to receive anything for free, but I didn't expect to pay more than their employee suggested I'd be charged.
