He checks my car out completely and if he finds a problem, we dicuss it before he actually does the work. My car runs like a top and has never let me down, thanks to John. He will usually repair whatever is wrong while you wait. His shop's is clean, spacious and welcoming. He and his employees are polite, respectful and friendly. I can't say enough about this shop. Try them yourself. I think you'll find the same.

I called this place twice-both times Sam was super helpful. Brought the car in-and the owner? Checked under the hood and gave me a fair estimate. I would have gotten the work done here but they didn't have the part and I had to leave that day. So they advised that I go to the dealership. I did. Once at the dealership, they of course had a long list of things that I needed to fix. Big surprise. I actually called Ozzie's again. The owner? Or a lovely gentleman told me what exactly to do if I he were to give advice to his daughter. I really appreciated the honesty and compassion. It's clear this shop is more about quality and satisfaction. Although I didn't get my work done here-I totally recommend them!

We have been looking for a car for my daughter…read more I would give the sales associate, Parish Jordan, a 4 or 5 star review, because he was very professional and accommodating. He did not apply a lot of pressure, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. I'm giving the dealership a 3 star review because of the quality of their automobiles. If you are considering purchasing a car from this dealership, you definitely need to pay to have a mechanic check out the car first. When I drove one of their cars, I could hear a noise every time we drove over a bump in the road. When I opened the trunk, it was virtually impossible to get the trunk to close properly without extreme effort. After having Nalley Toyota of Roswell check out the car, I found out that it needed new struts in the front. I also found out that the car had been in an accident. The rear bumper had been replaced, but it wasn't aligned correctly. As a result, the trunk would not close easily.

My experience with Blakely Chevrolet GMC in Blakely, Georgia, regarding a used import auto in…read moreRoswell, Georgia, has been incredibly disappointing. Just 10 days after purchasing a 2016 GMC Yukon, the transmission broke down, leaving me stranded. It took significant effort to convince them to sell me a warranty for $1200, and even then, they kept the car for over a month without providing any warranty paperwork for the transmission. Dealing with Keyan, the foreman, was an absolute nightmare. Getting him to address any issues with the vehicle felt like an act of Congress. In addition to the transmission failure, the car had a thermostat issue, needed new shocks in the back, and suffered from a massive motor issue. Despite the dealership having the truck for another month, they failed to provide any information about these problems, leaving me in the dark about the state of my vehicle. Until now he just ghost me every time I text or call him. His managers have done nothing about it. Having invested nearly $30,000 in this truck, I'm deeply concerned about its reliability and longevity. To make matters worse, the car I traded ended up in impound because the previous owner failed to transfer the title properly. And I guess the person they sold it to who worked there got arrested. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs to prevent similar frustrations and financial losses. I demand my warranty paperwork for my transmission and a refund for the warranty that they sold me that's no longer active. UPDATE I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Used Imports Auto in Roswell, GA. I bought a vehicle from them, and just eight days later the transmission failed. I was told they had installed a "new" transmission with a five-year warranty, but I had to pay an extra $650 in cash for that warranty after the sale. Fast forward two years--and the transmission has now completely failed again. When I reached out for help, they told me the company that supplied the transmission had "gone out of business." That's all they would say. They refused to give me the name of the warranty provider, any documentation, or any assistance whatsoever. Since then, I've been completely ghosted. I'm now stuck facing a $6,000+ transmission repair that should be fully covered by the warranty I paid for. This is not how reputable dealerships treat their customers. Selling warranties that mysteriously disappear when problems arise is unacceptable, and I'm likely going to have to involve an attorney just to get a straight answer. Buyers beware: This place might seem helpful at first, but when something goes wrong--don't expect them to back up what they sell

Process was pretty smooth and quick and there were not any hidden fees thrown at you at the end. I used their referral Landmark Finance for the loan. That process was very easy and smooth as well. Things to know: 1. There is no parking there. One small spot up front./ You have to park in lot next to them. 2. Cars are sold "As-Is" They are very upfront about that. They will let you take it to a shop to have it inspected but the shop must be within 5 miles of the dealer. 3. The do not negotiate. They have no haggle pricing. Stinks but I felt the price was fair for what I got. 4. They do not except and credit or debit cards for over $500. 5. Most cars are bought at auction or trade ins from other buyers (as far as I know) but no big deal. 6. Only complaint is that I did not get a full tank of gas. I asked for some and they did put in $15. Not a big deal but if you are spending over 10k with someone I think that should be a given. Overall great Experience. Thanks to the Champ Motors Team for everything. I would recommend to anyone but do get the car inspected. I found a shop to do a general inspection for free or a deep inspection for $120. Well worth the cost just in case. Thanks guys!

(I had a very, very specific set of criteria.) It took a few weeks for what I wanted to finally come up in the price range we were looking to hit but that's just the way things go. He sends emails with info on things he has found and lets you decide if you want to pursue that specific car. He's not pushy and he is very up front about how much everything will cost. He is an older guy who really likes to carry on a conversation (lol) and he really knows his cars. Once my car arrived he helped us get a couple minor repairs (you have to kind of expect this when purchasing a used car) and he was nice enough to buy the parts (brakes and rotors) with his dealer license and gave them to us for cost. He knows a bunch of guys who have reliable repair shops and we were satisfied with the work they did. He also offers extended warranty options and is willing to work with a couple of different banks or credit unions if you need to finance the car. The fact that we went through him again to purchase another car should tell you that we were pleased with his services. Overall, we saved $4000-$5000 on my car and about $3000 on my husband's truck vs. what we would have paid at a dealer. You have to go into this way of buying a car knowing that it will take a little bit of time to find the car you want but the savings is worth it.

He got us the model up from what we normally could afford and at less than market value. We got a tremendous deal on a very low milage car, it came inspected, with warranties, serviced, and no worries about paying too much. He is no nonsense...if you want someone to shine you on go somewhere else. He is not a salesman. He is an educator and consultant. You are not paying for overhead of larger discount dealers whose milease are higher, and prices inevitably more. He was able to buy a better car then we could for the money. He took delivery of the vehicle and drove it a few days to ensure it was as he thought. Dont hesitate to work with Myriad...I am going to buy my car from him when I get ready.
