Wow, this is hilarious. I was literally at the bank signing a $25,000 check for the car when all this went down. There's no way this place is real. The professionalism is laughable. They make it painfully obvious they're desperate for your money. Look, I get that selling cars is your job, but the way they go about it? Straight-up aggressive. It honestly felt like I was texting a 13-year-old. Between the casual "bro" texts and the flood of messages pressuring me for a deposit. They're doing this to themselves. I was excited, ready to buy, check in hand... now I'm just at home laughing and reading the bad reviews I should've read in the first place.

Had my eyes on a 2018 Audi A3. Came in to test drive and potentially buy and it couldn't have been an easier and smoother process. Yaz was able to work with me on my out the door price and brought it down to the exact number I'd requested. There was no pressure to buy and I was informed of everything I needed to be in order to make an educated purchase. Yaz was very professional and personable at the same time and provided the best experience I've ever had shopping for a car. Absolutely would recommend and in the future I will not hesitate to take my business here and recommend my friends do the same. Thank you Yaz, 10/10 experience!

Because the car had a parasite, I had to recharge the battery over and over, but when the car was shipped back back to me, this was missing

this place has ghost to me, refused to email me back and refused to send me reimbursement check on repairs and rentals because I was sold a lemon. I'm a nurse. I work hard. I try to live by the rules and play by the rules, but karma has got me, and I don't know why. I bought a car online from this place by the time it was shipped to me. It had a parasite a cracked, bent rim and unable to receive come to find out instrument cluster had to be replaced. Gas tank had to be replaced it's a 32 days to make these repairs. I was told to get a rental and they will reimburse me but have yet to receive one dollar and it's been over a month. I bought the car April 29. It is now August 8 and I'm still dealing with the troubles of this car I wish I never bought a car from gravity auto I don't understand what what is the problem? What did I do wrong?

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS! This is a story of how you ignore the review and become out of pocket $2500 plus with no car to show for it! Alright, so the 2021 Lexus IS350 with 26k miles shows clearly the car has been in 2 accidents on cars guru! So my first mistake why are you looking at a car with 2 accidents? Well it's the perfect color, says no damage and quite honestly my current 2021 Lexus has been in an accident same area, rear side panel and it looks and runs great! If this car is as advertised, no damage I will buy it upon arrival! Simple right. Had to catch flight, last minute $700 no worries this is for my middle daughter and we have been looking a few months. Arrive it was dark, so had to use my flash light to see the car, I mean 20 second scan the rear side panel is bulging out, deal should be done here folks, false advertisement, but nope this smart guy typing likes Mark, let give him a chance. Mark say no problem I will get that fixed. Then I noticed one light in the door not working, driver side, severe curb rash on front passenger side rim and 2 back tires bald! Mark says we will take care of that as well. Ok folks see the problem here, car with no damage has clear and present damage but I got in writing these issues would be resolved before 11/18/2023 or the deal would be off. So I gave $1000 deposit to show I'm serious and if the repairs are complete I will buy the car. Now we waste like 2 hours in this dealership waiting too see the finance person although we are already pre-approved for 6.09%, todays rates suck . Anyways this clown, yes this guy in the office puts up his privacy screen and says this helps me see better. Lol, what a clown and then he says 8.89% int for 60 months! Almost jumped out of my seat but that was the easiest walk out. Now the joke is still on me because I gave a deposit of $1000. Next, See photo of what the repair looked like on the bumper and notice I'm already out of $1700 still no car. Again, that's no problem we will get that fixed is what was said, this was Friday folks so only one day before the contingency deal date. Another flight, $800.....We come back Monday, with checks in hand to pay for the car and for sake of telling the truth, new tires on the back, rim looks great, might have taken it off the new arrival but who care that's my theory. The light still broken in the door and the rear fender has a gap so clearly not ready. And by the way a new scratch on the passenger door, right by the door handle that wasn't there last week. I didn't include the scratched side view mirror, I'm a nice guy! So now I get to meet the sales manager another joker! He walks around the car and expresses his disappointment with the gap in the bumper and he sees the new scratch and say that upsets me, but we can buff it, might work might not! This is a why I call him a joker, this dude says that bumper paint job looks great I'm really happy with that. Ladies and gentleman no painting was done, just popping the bumper back in and unfortunate for this deal it didn't correct the entire problem again see photos. Anyways next I get to meet the owner. The leader of the circus and it all comes together. So he starts out great, I will put it in writing and make this right. No worries, I got you, I'm a man of my word. Now watch how this changes. They pull the car back to the guys to buff and try to make the issues right and this guys decides he wants me to come take a closer look. He says so you can barely see the issue what the big deal? Originally, I can have that fixed for $125! Ring leader is kind of funny but I like jokes, well that repair was $2200 on my Lexus just a few months ago, I can't get it repaired for $125. Now he realizes I have a clue so he says yeah my guy said we can put some glue on it but won't be perfect without taking the whole bumper off which is close that $2000 you are talking about and I'm not doing that. Is this a 1st grade project, glue? Ok ring leader so lies a little earlier and the twist of greedy, shady, owner rears its head. He then offers $500 off and get this, tells me it can be used for shopping on the trip to France, guess we can buy a burger and some fries and come home to a damaged car we just spent $40,000 on. So folks if you made it this far you know I didn't buy a car from the scam place and to end on the high note, I asked for my $1000 deposit and was told go sit in the lobby and we will see what we can do! We will get you a check asap, wait you don't take checks for customer unless cashier checks but I'm gonna have to wait? Clowns I tell you! Anyways, there is more but if you read this far and still head out to this dealership then you get what you deserve on this one like honestly I did because I ignored all the signs! Previous yelpers! 2 accidents! Car lot is a mess, another clear sign when we pulled up! Fees for using your credit card, 8.89% interest for great credit! Avoid, beware!

I recently purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E300 from Gravity Auto on August 21, 2024. Due to the check engine light being on, and the car dealership not being able to fix the issue I had to return the vehicle. Instead of fixing the issue they would turn off the light! I decided to ask Danny which the general manager is to take back the vehicle to get my trade in back, this decision was made on September 14, 2024. Danny took back possession of the Mercedes Benz on this day as well. Unfortunately, my trade in was sold already without it being paid off. During this month time period I was also was paying for two vehicles which was a big burden. One of which I didn't have possession of. Danny stated I had a negative equity balance from my trade in which needed to be paid off before he would send the 34,000 back to Empeople Credit Union. September 25, 2024, I came into the dealership to pay the negative balance owed. Empeople credit union also sent a payoff statement of the total due he requested in order to send the money back to the credit union for the vehicle he has in his possession as of today! On this date, I also sent him a receipt of the transaction that was made to pay of the balance. Danny messaged me back and stated that they would send the check over the same day. It has been 13 business days since he claimed he would send the 34,000 back to Empeople credit union. Sept 25,2024 was the last day I have heard from him. It seems as he is avoiding paying back the 34,000 to Empeople Credit Union. I have been under a lot of stress and depression with dealing with this car dealership. As well as missing a lot of days from work trying to handle is situation as soon as possible. I've been paying on two car notes which is unfair to me! On top of everything, my credit score has dropped because I'm unable to afford two car notes. My hair is coming out because I'm depressed and stressed out. I don't know what's going to happened next .Times are already hard enough and Danny/ Gravity Auto is making it even harder. I would like the situation to handle as soon as possible so I can move on with my life. I Wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this car lot!!! I wish I would have went on BBB sooner to verify what kind of dealership this was in the beginning. So many other people like myself has been going through similar issues as well. All of this could have been avoided if Danny Haddad would have sent the 34,000 check back to Empeople Credit Union as promised. I did everything he asked on my behalf to de-escalate this issue. I found the perfect vehicle at Atlanta Motorsports - a 2010 Ford F150 Harley-Davidson edition with a little over 100,000 miles on it! I decided to buy it almost immediately and I couldn't have asked for a more smooth and satisfactory transaction. The sales staff was both professional and kind. Carla, who handled the paperwork, was very efficient and walked me through the somewhat difficult registration process, only because Georgia had just changed their entire system of registration. I highly recommend Atlanta Motorsports if you're looking for a great vehicle at a great price!

Atlanta Motorsports Sales Feb 16, 2026…read more I want to be clear up front -- I did **not** purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I walked away before bidding because of how they handled basic communication during a Bring a Trailer auction. I was seriously considering buying a 2006 Bentley Flying Spur they had listed, largely for nostalgic reasons since I previously owned the same model. From the beginning, the dealer refused to engage in normal question-and-answer communication on the auction listing. Multiple reasonable diligence questions -- the same ones any mechanic or serious buyer would ask -- were ignored or answered selectively. Requests for a phone conversation were also ignored until I made it clear I was no longer interested in doing business with them. One bidder even asked for a simple startup video to confirm there were no warning lights on the dashboard -- something any professional dealer should be able to provide in minutes. That request was ignored as well. After this experience, I visited the dealership's website and read through their Google reviews. Unfortunately, what I saw there validated my concerns. Multiple reviewers describe buying vehicles that arrived materially different than advertised, including situations where warning lights appeared shortly after delivery. Several reviews specifically reference Bring a Trailer transactions. Buyers should understand that one tactic sometimes used by higher-risk dealers is clearing diagnostic codes before delivery or test drives, only to claim problems "must have occurred in transport" when warning lights reappear. Whether intentional or not, that pattern shows up repeatedly in the feedback here and should be taken seriously by anyone considering a purchase. Another red flag: calling the dealership routes every extension to voicemail. Messages were not returned. Only after I sent an email stating I was no longer interested did they attempt to call back. I also suspect, based on the volume of glowing one-line reviews, that some buyers may have been incentivized at delivery to leave positive feedback in exchange for small perks like discounted service or minor freebies. That kind of review padding hurts future buyers who rely on reviews when purchasing vehicles sight-unseen. If you see a car here that you absolutely love, do what you want -- but protect yourself. Get a **serious independent PPI**, verify everything twice, and don't rely on assumptions or incomplete answers. Proceed carefully.

The moment I walked in to the Roswell location, David greeted me, took the time to start conversation, asked if he could be of any assistance while I looked at vehicles, and ultimately helping me in finalizing my vehicle purchase. I test drove two cars that day, David printed out and pulled up all the specs. As a young woman, he did not pressure me, but let me ask questions and take my time test driving and looking at the vehicles. I fell in love with one of the cars, but it was not four-wheel-drive and needed that. So back to the drawing board! Over the course of the following 2 1/2 weeks, David stayed in contact and helped me look for the specific vehicle in four-wheel-drive at Carmax locations across the country. I ended up finding a completely different vehicle at the Lithia Springs location and David helped me with the transfer of getting that vehicle and another that I was tentatively looking at moved over to the Roswell location so I could come in for a test drive and view the cars in person. His promptness and help was above and beyond! There was no feeling of pressuring me to just to get a car because I like it, but talking over logistics and particular needs made this an educational experience for me in a great way! I went in that day with my current vehicle, cleaned out ready to drop off to them to sell, and test drove both of these newly delivered cars. I fell in love with one that had everything I was looking for, and walked away less than two hours later with my old car being traded in and that money used as my down payment and my new vehicle being looked over and ready to hit the road! David made sure to follow up with me over the following weeks to see how I was liking the car, and if I had any questions or concerns. So in writing this review, thank you David for not being a salesman who wanted to take advantage of a young woman car shopping, but in making the experience exciting, educational, and left me feeling good about my purchase and investment in my new car!

To whom it may concern,…read more I recently purchased a vehicle from CarMax and shortly afterward began experiencing issues, including a noticeable shaking in the steering wheel, vibration at highway speeds (over 70 mph), and a strong grabbing sensation when braking from higher speeds. Concerned about these symptoms, I had my local mechanic inspect the vehicle. He diagnosed the issue as worn rotors on all four wheels. Since the vehicle was still under CarMax's 4,000-mile/90-day limited warranty, I contacted the Roswell CarMax location to see if the repairs would be covered. I was told they were, and I promptly scheduled a service appointment. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 AM. However, at 1:30 PM, I received a call stating that my vehicle was too heavy to be lifted due to a safety concern--a reason I had never encountered before. As I was out of town on a work emergency and unable to immediately remove some light items from the back, I asked to speak with a manager for further clarification. It was unclear to me how my vehicle, which is not unusually large, could be considered too heavy when similar vehicles are serviced regularly. This raised concerns about whether the advertised 125-point inspection had truly been performed. My own mechanic had no issue lifting the vehicle and identifying the rotor problem--yet CarMax claimed they couldn't even complete a diagnosis. This experience left me both frustrated and disappointed. I was eventually informed that the Roswell location didn't have the proper lift to service my vehicle and was advised to visit the Kennesaw CarMax instead. However, upon contacting Kennesaw, I was told that all CarMax lifts are the same across locations--further adding to the confusion and inconsistency. Due to the lack of support, I ended up purchasing front rotors myself and completing the work with the help of my father. I then emailed the store manager to share my feedback, and shortly thereafter received a call from the service department. They offered to reimburse me for the front rotors, replace the rear rotors, fix the serpentine belt, and balance the wheels--promising an earlier service date than Kennesaw. I agreed to give them another chance, which in hindsight, was a mistake. When I brought my vehicle back to CarMax Roswell at 10:30 AM, I was disappointed to find that they had logged the incorrect service needs. Despite being told I would receive updates, I only got a call after I reached out and left a voicemail. I was informed that the vehicle had been ready "for some time" and that only the wheels had been balanced--none of the promised repairs had been completed. I expressed my frustration and requested to speak with the operations manager. During our conversation, he told me I should be satisfied that nothing was found wrong. I asked whether he had personally driven the vehicle to evaluate the symptoms, and reiterated that this was now the second full day I had wasted due to unfulfilled commitments from the service team. I also noted that I would now need to purchase and install the rear rotors myself. As of today, the vehicle still suffers from front-end shaking and rear brake grabbing. I will not return to CarMax for service. Based on my experience, their service department is inconsistent, unresponsive, and does not honor the warranty in a meaningful way. The customer is often left to rely on the subjective opinion of the technician or staff on a given day. CarMax claims safety is a core value, but I find this difficult to believe. Their inability to properly lift my vehicle, doubts about whether the 125-point inspection was genuinely performed, and their unwillingness to address serious brake issues all point to a lack of accountability and attention to customer safety. I cannot recommend CarMax for vehicle servicing. In my opinion, it is not worth the time, energy, or frustration.

When I called Rick Case Roswell last year to schedule I was told that it would be six weeks before the first available recall service appointment. On the day of the appointment the dealership was closed due to the hurricane and I was told that I would have to wait another six weeks. Works schedules and life have interfered so this month I finally was able to schedule time off to drop the car off. When I scheduled I was told that they would have the parts for both issues and be ready to complete the work in one day. Well today was the day, dropped the car off and was told that they would be working on the two recall issues and call me later when they were done. Two and a half hours later I get the text message saying that they were done. I get a ride to the dealership and when I go pick up I was told that they only did service on one item and that they would call me when parts arrived for the second item. I say "wait, you said that you were prepared to do both items, what happened?" The service writer tells me that they have to inspect the vehicle first to determine if the car indeed needed the recall repair, and that my car DOES need it. Colossal waste of my time and they did not seem to care that it practically takes an act of congress for me to get time off. I felt dismissed, this was no where near the level of service that I was sold when I purchased my G80. The funny thing is that prior to the appointment day Rick Case Hyundai was sending messages offering to sell me a new vehicle while I'm there. I don't think that will be ever happening after my experiences with this dealership. Sorry to be so long with this review. No one at the dealership wanted to take my phone call so maybe someone there will see this and pass it along. Based on other reviews here, I kind of doubt that they will even care.

No attorney needed - GA's lemon law is consumer-friendly 1. File directly with the GA Department of Law's Consumer Protection Division 1. Requirements: 3 repair attempts OR 30 days out of service for same issue 1. Remedies: Replacement vehicle or full refund including taxes/fees 1. Visit consumer.georgia.gov or call 404-651-8600 1. Keep all service records and correspondence Would I return? They've made that decision for me - my family is banned. Currently pursuing lemon law remedies with Honda Corporate. *Update: Will post outcome of arbitration*

I recently purchased a 528ix I was satisfied with the…read moreservice I received the staff worked with me to get the deal I was pre approved for my loan but I still had financing problems which they assisted me with Alm buys cars from auction so as a customer looking for a car needs to do a little research My bmw had a factory warranty and car fax is available to anyone as long as you have a vin number I read previous reviews about the dealer car fax not being accurate about to purchase a vehicle you can get your own for a small fee.. do a Little research look at the cars.. If you want keys mats better tires ect u need to ask for them and have them before u sign on the dotted line My sales person gave me 2 sets of keys manuals I asked for mats he said he would look for bmw mats He couldn't find any so he gave me new generic mats .. Thanks.. The only complaint I have is my car is missing a feature that I would have liked " proximity remote door/ trunk opening.. I took the car to the bmw dealer the next day for free scheduled maintenance.. It was a total win win for me..

We did get the car we wanted and love it. However, they jacked up the price with alleged add-ons…read more(that we really don't know for sure were actually added), then did a bait-and-switch on the financing (2% higher APR and with themselves as the lender instead of what we had agreed upon). They hid the switch by handling all the paperwork on a tablet and scrolling through it without giving my wife a chance to read. We only discovered the switch five days later when, after two calls, they emailed the documents to us. Not responsive to followup email.
