They told me it was the actuator and the repair cost was over $500 dollars. When I asked them did the A/C compressor check out they told me they had not gotten that far. I asked them why would you check out a minor system over a major component? I told them that I would pay the $95.00 diagnostic fee and to have my car ready for pick-up, that's when the diagnostic fee increased to $150.00. I also came to realize that in the repair costs they had slipped in a $70.00 oil change. I ask you, who do you trust?
