I told Alyque "I am interested in this car but I cannot buy until October timeframe" he understood fully and said I can still test drive whatever I want. After a quick test drive we went back to the office where he wanted to attempt to make a trade, I was dead set on selling my car for cash until he told me to at least listen to the numbers. My experience at MOTORDOINT Roswell was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I arrived at 10 AM ready to purchase a vehicle, but by 2 PM I still didn't have a car. Initially, I was in the process of buying a vehicle that had already been approved by my bank. While the paperwork was being completed, I even went as far as adding the car to my insurance. Then, out of nowhere, I was told that someone else had already placed a deposit on the vehicle--and they gave the car away. This was after I had already invested significant time and taken steps assuming the deal was finalized. After that, things only got worse. For the next four hours, I was shown vehicles that were either unavailable or not ready, with repeated promises that led nowhere. It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy. Overall, the experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The lack of communication, organization, and respect for my time was unacceptable. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed. Sold my brother a car that only a few months later was diagnosed with complete engine failure and had to be sold leaving him in negative equity. He only drove 4,000 miles in the car. They were completely unwilling to help and had no care that they sold a car in horrible condition. I do not recommend this place. RUN FROM THIS DEALER/LENDER. I recently attempted to buy a car from MOTORPOINT Roswell. I was told by the saleswoman that the car was a good deal because it was a dealer buyback. I asked, "what does that mean?" She told me, "For whatever reason the buyer didn't like the car". I asked if it was damaged, she said, no it has a clean car fax report". That night my wife and I were having dinner at a restaurant; I get a call after business hours from the saleswoman telling me I have to put a deposit down immediately as there is another interested party. I asked can I do it tomorrow when I get to my office, she responded "you need to do it now or you will lose the car" so I sent the deposit, over $2000. I went to my bank the next morning to compare the rates with MOTOROINT's lender who told me 7.9% was the best they could do. I was surprised at the high-rate MOTORPOINT gave me given my credit score was 810. My bank quoted me 5.25% and also told me, "it's a dealer buyback, they and most other banks won't lend on a dealer buyback", I told him what she told me. The honest lender at my bank told me "he wouldn't touch this car with at 10 foot pole based on the dealer buyback tag", not too mention the lender lied about the going rates for used cars. So, I politely called them and told them why I decided against their car and could they please send me my deposit back. The lender whose name was Steve told me, "We keep deposits, I told him that when I spoke to the saleswoman and told her I couldn't buy the car, she said "no big deal, I already sold it". The car was literally under deposit through the night, my money was literally there for 12 hours, and the saleswoman had already found another sucker. The lender told me I should've read the fine print. I told him, I explained to the saleswoman that I was sitting at a restaurant, and she essentially bullied me into putting down the deposit and never once mentioned it was nonrefundable. He told me sorry, that's our policy, next time read the fine print. I told him I would have an attorney contact them and that this is basically stealing, and I would be vocal on social media to warn other potential victims of their tactics and business ethics. I have hired an attorney and a social media person to legally warn consumers of their business practice. My attorney told me "this is open shut" and I won't charge you a retainer because they will pay my fees 100% plus whatever time you have invested. read more

I have had very disappointing experience with Motorpoint dealership, and I would strongly advice anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere. These guys have no integrity and are only interested in generating profit at all costs. I have contacted the dealership and spoke with a salesperson named Faizal. He seemed nice and accommodating but appeared to ether know nothing about the cars he was selling or purposefully deceiving the buyers. He incorrectly told me the type of battery and the hardware computer present in the car I was interested in purchasing and half an hour after I submitted the deposit, informed me that the information he previously gave me was incorrect. He texted me "yes, I can confirm that the car has hardware 3" What do you mean "yes"?? you previous said it had HW 4. He admitted the mistake but insisted that the deposit was not refundable because the car was taken off the market. Another lie - the car remained online for another 2 weeks. I eventually contacted the general manager by the name of Alyque who promised me to return the deposit. Fast forward 2 months and multiple texts and emails - tons of excuses and no refund. I finally disputed the transaction with the credit card and received a refund. If they are willing to be so dishonest with a small matter of $1030, imagine their response if you actually purchase a car and more money is on the line. Stay away! read more

I have had a terrible customer service at this facility. I called Saturday morning and talked to Alec. He was not very helpful. After I reviewed the car I called him Saturday 3 PM and I gave him my credit card as a security deposit to purchase the car. He promised me that the car will be pulled for me. I did not see any charges therefore that afternoon I tried to reach out to him, after multiple texts and calls, he called me and said that the car is on hold for me. On Sunday, I did not see any charges again. I reached out to him with multiple calls and texts. He returned my text and calls four hours later, and he texted to that is was his mistake and he stated his sincere apologies for this misunderstanding. In respond and he stated that he owes me some good customer service. He explained to me that he has a car for me just like the one I was trying to purchase and it would be there before Friday. When I called him on Friday, his response was it was supposed to arrive there any day and when I ask him question again, he never responded back. I have has the worst customer service at this facility with Alec and I would not recommend this card dealership to anyone they were truly unprofessional and irresponsible. read more

Not A Trusted Auto Dealer! Get outta there and run! I purchased my A6 Audi from Alec. A series of lights appeard on the dash before we had owned it a month and driven only 200 miles. The first light indicated it needed breaks $1000. 2nd one needing a oil change and 70k mile service $1500, at the sale we told him it needed tires and floor mats He said he can get us a really good discount on tires. If you call $1000 a good deal. And after hounding him about the mats, after 2 months, we finally got them in the mail. PLEASE! Dealing with Alec was not easy, we fought and argued with Alec and he then produced documents of the cars service. You're going to like this... After me constantly contacting him about how he lied to us, he finally produced shop paperwork from an Audi Service Dept. I, being an excellent researcher, called and spoke to the shop manager, and he told me, the work number on said paperwork is not of theirs. We went back and addressed this to Alec. He replied; This is why "we" don't show service documents to our customers. We argued and argued more with him. It was exhausting! Where on earth did this document come from? All I can surmise is it was doctored or created by #motorpointroswell So if you find yourself interested in a vehicle from Motopoint, save yourself a headache and costly repairs by getting your personal mechanic to inspect the vehicle before buying. or JUST RUN! I recently went to purchase a car from here. Alec was my salesperson. Upon seeing the vehicle, the first thing I said was that there were numerous scratches all around it. I asked Alec and he reassured me that they would be completely taken care of with a wax and buff. There were some fairly deep scratches which I pointed out AGAIN and asked "Are you SURE these can be taken out, they look pretty deep." Again, he said yes. Then we went through the longest negotiation process I have ever been through. It was almost 3 hours! Another employee had to come before he finally budged. Then he was super sketchy and lowered the price but told me AFTER HE TOOK MY DEPOSIT, he would not include wax and buff. Of course I argued back because my initial concern with the car were all the scratches. He tried to get me to pay for half of the wax until he final caved and agreed to wax the car. Keep in mind, by this time I had spent almost 6 hours at this dealership. Fast forward to the next day, when I went to pick the car up. The scratches were STILL THERE! I was furious, it took me an hour to drive up there. Alec came over and was like "Oh well these are too deep to take out." So he lied to me before. Luckily, the Manager Nooris came over and offered to get the scratches out but at this point, I didn't trust the dealership anymore. So, he rightfully offered to return my deposit. Alec lied to me about what he was going to do to the car. I wouldn't say this is a bad dealership but I would stay away from Alec if you want a genuine, TRUTHFUL salesperson. I think he says whatever lies he can to make the sale. I made this 2 stars and not 1 because of Nooris's professional way of managing the situation. read more

I purchased a 2013 Tesla S P85 there and while we were test drive the car we noticed that the Bluetooth and WiFi was not working..... My wife and I mentioned this to our salesman Alec and he to us that there was nothing wrong with the car... We believed him and after several phone calls to Motorpoint Roswell and personal phone calls to Alec our salesman, the issues continued... We took our model s to the Tesla dealership to have the problem diagnosed.. To our surprise they Diagnosed that the MCU Unit which is the main screen that operates the car. Cost to replace $1500. We called our salesman Alec about the problem and he said Motorpoint would not fix the problem, even though they knew about the issue before we purchased the car.... ... he said we should have bought an extended warranty from them for $6000.. My response was you knew about the problem and you should've deducted that amount from the sales price because we paid you guys cash for the car So that we could have the option of having it fixed on our own or choose another car to purchase. So this company will take your money and run. And leave you high and dry. Bad business. Very bad business. read more
