After a long day of visiting several dealerships trying to sell my vehicle, I'm very glad we decided to stop at Enterprise. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Rick. We let him know we were only there for an appraisal, and he immediately got to work with no pressure to trade in the vehicle or purchase another one. He was efficient, professional, and respectful of our time. While some paperwork was being processed, we walked around the lot and noticed they had a great selection of vehicles; however, our main goal was simply to get rid of our car payment. We then had the pleasure of working with Ivory (I believe that was his name), who made the entire car-selling process incredibly smooth. He was professional, well-mannered, and polite throughout the experience. Enterprise ended up offering us more than what we owed on the vehicle, which made the decision an easy one. This experience also reinforced why we returned to Enterprise -- a few years ago, we purchased a different vehicle through them, and that process was just as easy, with no pressure or forced sales tactics. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and respectful, and at no point did anyone try to push us into buying a car. Bought a "certified" car. It came with a leak. The manager ERIC gave me the runaround for MONTHS until I got the DISTRICT MANAGER involved. She then took care of everything in HOURS. ERIC is a rude, incompetent, condescending, arrogant, jerk- with 0 customer service skills. Britney ( in the loan dept) was AMAZING, she helped all she could. The district manager was spectacular! Handled it all and even covered the rental Eric said was "impossible to provide". Eric should be fired for the way he handled this. I do NOT recommend dealing with Him in any capacity. We got to the lot when they were closing but Carlos introduced himself took my husbands number and called the next day. We went back test drove the car (Dodge Avenger) and got numbers. Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion here at the end of June. The experience was great. Great salesman and finance manager. But, within 10 days, we noticed transmission fluid was clearly seeping out somewhere. We took it in to get serviced at a Ford Dealership, and it turns out there were 2 loose fittings in the transmission. The reason for the 1 star is that enterprise had to have known this because transmission fluid is everywhere under the hood. As it seeps out, it's being kicked around while we're driving it. But everything was sparkling when we bought it. So somebody had to have seen that, knew what was happening or at least knew something was wrong, and cleaned all that up really well before selling it to us. And our power-tran warranty doesn't cover it because it doesn't cover fittings. I really want to believe this wasn't intentional, but we have yet to hear back from them. You shouldn't buy a car for 15k and have problems with it within 2 weeks, in my opinion. read more

I want to start this review by saying, when I first learned of Enterprise Car Sales (that they did more than rentals) I was REALLY skeptical. The lots and the sales offices are not really much to look at (especially if you are used to a dealer), but after a really good experience at one where I didn't actually end up purchasing, I found a Ford Edge that fit my budget and had almost everything I wanted that was just about to go into certification. I asked for a test drive via the website, and although Bloomington was closer, it kept making me go to this location. It was no problem, of course, and I got matched with Korrissa. I have to tell you, if it wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't have finally took the dive and purchased. She was excellent. If she didn't know something about a car, she would find out the answer. Laid out my options and acted as an advocate for me when I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing their extended warranty by another associate (what actually ended up mostly just a misunderstanding and was handled professionally and brilliantly). What I also appreciated, was that they work like a well-oiled machine here. And once I expressed my concerns, the staff were nothing but kind and apologetic. Buying a car sucks in general. There are all the documents you have to sign, and interest rates and down payments. But I LOVE their no-haggle philosophy. I know before I walk into the dealership what I am going to be purchasing. Better yet, they gave me at least a grand (if not more) than a traditional dealership for my trade! I am telling you, when they say they will give you top dollar for your trade, they mean it. It is definitely jargon, but it is entirely the truth! As long as everything goes well in the coming months with this vehicle, I believe I will always do my car-buying through Enterprise. And I truly suggest anyone else who is considering them, but who are hesitant for whatever the reason, that you go and test drive a vehicle. Thanks, Korrissa! Thank you Riverside Enterprise for enstilling my trust back in your car sales sector. I am a huge supporter of enterprise rentals so this was never at jeopardy, but my faith in the corporation as a whole was. I recently inquired about a car in tucson. I know my fault but hear me out... I was going to visit my brother, check out this car i found online, and well.... i sold them my car and bought theirs.... But wait theres more... I live in OC and started communications with the enterprise sales man in Tucson AZ who had set the whole visit up for me and we were, "Going to make me happy". I truly believe that man meant it. Unfortunately that sales person had to leave right when I arrived, so the branch 'Manager' - Kerri - did everything else for me. (I SWEAR THIS WILL ALL COME BACK AROUND TO RIVERSIDE ENTERPRISE CAR SALES WHERE THE GOOD STUFF IS JUST BE PATIENT) So she takes my car away to check out, blah blah blah. comes back and we start the paper work. The most incompetent new employee could have figured out how to put this together 1.5 hours. But not Kerri she prolonged it to hours. But not for fact checking purposes because ever piece of paper has the wrong date and wrong millage than the actual date of purchase and millage on said day (which is my fault, i know i should have read what i was signing more carefully, but come-on i just drove 8 hours. But since this was my error you will see no bad post on the Tucson page) Moving on... I get the car, I hate it. My fault should have made her give me the keys and take it for a spin but i had never bought a car with enterprise didnt know exactly how they handled these situations. Riverside showed me the difference. Terri (Branch Manager) and David (branch manager at Riverside) are complete opposites. The difference in service was black and white, David treated me like a human who was bummed and looking for a better car. Other manager of Tucson treated me like a manequin. Because with one hand in my pocket she used the other to work my mouth. Telling stories about how I was happy about the sale and content yada yada. Not the case... This has dragged on way to long and for that I apologize. What is really important is that you know that the two people, good hearted enjoyable people from riverside showed me real customer service. SHY and DAVID thank you both again you are tremendous assets to your company and they are lucky to have you!!! I look forward to driving in a couple hours of traffic to do business with both you again.
