I can't comment on the quality of the doctors in the practice. The person at the desk was so rude and unprofessional I walked out.

On 1/14 at 12:13 I received a reminder text with instructions to call 410 974 8332 to cancel or…read morereschedule. I called right away to cancel and there were 11 people ahead of me. It gave me the option to leave a voicemail and be called back. I left a voicemail stating I needed to cancel and I wanted a call back to confirm. On 1/16, the day of the appointment, I realize I never got a call back. I call again and this time there are 18 people ahead of me. I think that's odd so I hang up and I call back and choose new patient appointment instead of current patient. Someone answers right away. That is bad business practice. The phone should ring to the office I am trying to call, not some other place, especially at a doctor's office. I tell them I called 2 days earlier to cancel and didn't hear back. She calls the office and tells me that she can't reach them and she will pass along the message. I get a bill on 1/24. I call the number again and explain all over again and she calls the office. The office tells her I need to call billing. I am driving and can't take down the number so I ask if I go to the office now will they take care of it and she says yes. I walk in the office and they tell me they can't remove the late fee and I have to call billing. This is ridiculous. 3 phone calls and 1 visit and they can't cancel and appointment and remove a late fee? I call billing, which is a third party.... Again this is the first doctors office that I have ever had that has third party phones and billing. I have worked in 3 doctors offices before and I am horrified this is how they do business. The NP, Cathy was great.

She is very receptive to concerns or issues . No complaints with the care she provided, but the rest of the staff is mainly who you have to deal with are atrocious . Not only are they unfriendly, unprofessional, but especially they are inattentive. You could be waiting anywhere from 15-45 mins to get a shot even if no one is in the waiting room. Then they ask you to stay 30 mins . In that 30 mins they don't ask how your injection is going or check on you in any way shape or form . I traveled a long way and had to get a babysitter each time to get my allergy shots and it sometimes would turn into a 3 hour ordeal because the front staff just didn't feel like checking you in. They were busy chatting or being on their phones or whatever else they may want to do . I did bring my kid a few times which was great they allowed that but entertaining a toddler for their 30 mins after waiting however long to be checked in with the drive to get there was difficult at times . Some techs didn't actually follow the 30 mins and didn't care if you stayed or not while others would write you up for not staying . Who are they reporting it to ? Not once did I need an epi pen or have any issues but their policy is to still sit and wait which is greatly inconvenient if you actually have a job or need to do anything within a timely fashion because your time is balanced by the whims of when they feel like getting to you. I have never experienced to this extent how little the front staff value peoples time until coming here . I've also gone to get shots and been turned away because they failed to mention that I was on a different schedule . I've even have called ahead a few times and been told that I could get a shot on the phone to be sent away in person because it wasn't within the new timeline for maintenance. So that 40 min drive there and that 40 min drive home and picking up a child was wasted a couple of times. Half the time it seemed liked the techs didn't even know what shot I was on or for what dose despite it being in the notes . Had I not been like no it's this shot today it would have gotten even more muddled with their lack of efficiency .... But make sure you wait that 30 mins or you will get scolded like a child. After two years they should also know my reactions but it goes back into the lack of attentiveness or care. I've never been to a doctors office that closes so much in my life . Not only is it difficult to maintain a schedule for your shots but until recently you could drive there for nothing to see the doors closed and no one there . I complained that they didn't put it on their website or signs on their door . Calling is just as much of a pain with automated prompts or being hung up on . I showed my call log one time to one of the techs and was like this is insane how many times you have to call to get someone . they have implemented signs now of closures but that took a long time . If you want to have your soul sucked to get allergy shots, then this is the place for you. if you need to do things in a timely fashion , this is definitely not the place for you. The hours are very limited for allergy shots on top of their ridiculous time management and policies. Did my allergy shots help? That's up for debate but I'm going to lean towards no . One star goes to the nurse practitioner . The rest of the staff gets negative stars .

I was called back to see the doctor in less than five minutes. Dr. Matthew Hilburn was great. He greeted me with a smile and handshake to welcome me to the practice. He actively listened to my concerns and showed great attention to find me relief with my symptoms. He ordered testing and was spot on with his observations of me and my symptoms. Amazing quality of care. The office is clean and has state of the art medical equipment. Dr. Hilburn shook my hand again when I left and guaranteed to find me relief. I felt really valued as a patient and I will be staying with this office for my ENT needs.

After she went on leave, we had a few appointments scheduled but my son became sick and we couldn't make it. Can't call during the weekend or close of business to inform them that you can't make it because they are not wired that way, fine. However, to be told that you can no longer come to the practice with no warning is beyond insane. They claim they left a voicemail, but the only voicemail I have from them says to call back so that we can reschedule. No warning. Following that, they added a note saying that he can no longer return. So, the lesson I learned from this experience is to bring my son to his appointment, even if he has the flu, COVID, or some other contagious virus. Notated!
