The doctor who gave me my hearing test didn't blink an eye. When I had to go into the soundproof booth, daughter started crying, so the doctor allowed her to sit next to her while my test was performed. She even let daughter wear one of her headsets. I had serious hearing loss, so doctor made some arrangements for me to be seen immediately by a colleague, who did some more tests. Again, he was not fazed by my daughter in tow, and everyone smiled. The testing done allowed me to make a worker's compensation claim. Sorry if this review seems gushing, but I was quite impressed, and believe good work should be rewarded!

I called Anne Arundel ENT and after being on hold for about 8 minutes was put on hold again when they saw that my prescription was never sent. A terrible system and a big waste of your time. Just give me the prescription and I will get it myself. The method they use is useless.

I was called back to see the doctor in less than five minutes. Dr. Matthew Hilburn was great. He greeted me with a smile and handshake to welcome me to the practice. He actively listened to my concerns and showed great attention to find me relief with my symptoms. He ordered testing and was spot on with his observations of me and my symptoms. Amazing quality of care. The office is clean and has state of the art medical equipment. Dr. Hilburn shook my hand again when I left and guaranteed to find me relief. After she went on leave, we had a few appointments scheduled but my son became sick and we couldn't make it. Can't call during the weekend or close of business to inform them that you can't make it because they are not wired that way, fine. However, to be told that you can no longer come to the practice with no warning is beyond insane. They claim they left a voicemail, but the only voicemail I have from them says to call back so that we can reschedule. No warning. Following that, they added a note saying that he can no longer return. Less than 48 hours later, I received an email from their office offering a 20% discount off Obagi products for the month of December. I called the office immediately and asked if they could pass that along considering I was just there. Answer, flat out NO! The office manager advised the person that I was talking to that it could not be done. I'm sorry, that is ridiculous ...... if there is a will, there is a way, especially for a loyal client like myself. There was also a "gift" that was supposed to be part of the Diamond Glow promotion, but that was never offered - after thought. Not thrilled with the staff at all given this experience.
