They understand that you're not feeling your best getting ready to be operated on so they do everything needed to make you feel comfortable. My pre-op nurse let me know every step of the way what she was doing to get me ready for surgery, the anesthesiologist came out to tell me what to expect for being put under. Then the doctor who was going to perform the surgery came out and gave me the rundown on exactly what to expect. As I got into the operating room and changed from my temporary table to the actual operating table I slowly drifted off to sleep as expected with no stress. As I woke up in recovery the recovery nurse made sure everything was functioning correctly and that I wasn't no pain. It was a very uneventful procedure and my recovery went as they described without any complications. I think I had such a great experience because I didn't have the stress of going to the hospital and being around so many people. I was the only person in the waiting room when I got ready to have my surgery and seem to be the focal point of everyone in the prep and the postop area. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.
