It is never easy to deal with medical issues. This office has made the process harder. They…read moreoverbook, don't answer the phone, and the provider I saw (a Physician's Assistant) took all of 5 minutes to order a number of experience tests and then run to another patient because "we're really behind schedule." No explanation, no discussion. The people who eventually answer the phone are unprofessional and that's when they call back! I'm here to drop off my results on a CD because it's an imaging result and they're closed. It's still regular work hours and they're not here. I had to take time off work to come here and they're closed at a time their own phone message says they are open. I'm supposed to see the doctor next week. Depending on how that appointment goes, I may just need to locate another Practice. I'd like to focus on getting better, not managing the unprofessional behavior of a medical office.

Dr. Duggle entered the exam room and did not speak to me as if I was invisible. He only listened to his assistant, who spoke to me about what I was there for. He proceeded to look in my ears without addressing me or asking me any questions. Then he told her, not me, he was going to clean the wax out of my ears. Again, he ignored me as a person. I said I fear having my ears cleaned because I'd heard it could cause tinnitus. He said, " I'm the doctor!" He proceeded to talk to me abruptly with arrogance. The more I tried to speak, the more he became biligerant. I apologized for wasting his time, I got up to leave, and I began to cry. He told me to stay for a hearing test. I said I didn't have the money. I am on a fixed income . He said what's more important! This man was a young rude arrogant incompassionate individual. I would never advise anyone to go to this office.

Two weeks ago while preparing for a holiday meal, I sliced my finger on a mandolin slicer while making scalloped (not scalpel ) potatoes. I lost a bit of tip of my index finger which was sutured with three stitches. After I got my tetanus shot and waiting the required 10 minutes, I called my wife who had accidentally sliced her thumb while trying to finish the job I started. I brought her back to the facility. The staff could not have been nicer although they clearly were amused by 'that couple'. Another set of sutures (seven this time) a tetanus shot for my wife and we were on our way. Came back in a week to get stitches out. Again a friendly greeting for 'that couple'. Throughout the whole ordeal, the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We got follow up calls a few days after each visit to ensure all was fine and the doctor gave us clear instructions on wound care. Very happy. Embarrassed, but totally satisfied. This was the first encounter with any urgent care facility. Our GP's office recommended this location and we are thankful they did. BTW, the mandolin is in the trash. Evil kitchen appliance.

Then had to wait for doctor because she was not there. Finally got the prescription I needed. But then the bill came!! Over $1000!! Multiple lab tests done that I was not told about. Disputing the bill but doubt that will make a difference. Will NOT be back if this is how they do business.
